    Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a first base station associated with a master cell group (MCG) comprising a primary cell (PCell), a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising secondary cell group, SCG, configuration parameters of a primary SCG cell, PSCell, of a second base station. Based on the PCell failing after receiving the SCG configuration parameters and before the SCG configuration parameters of the PSCell are applied, the wireless device performs a cell selection. In response to the selected cell being the PSCell, the wireless device synchronizes with the PSCell based on the SCG configuration parameters.

    Abstract: A wireless device, in a radio resource control (RRC) idle state or RRC inactive state, transmits, to a base station, a message. The message comprises first data associated with a small data transmission (SDT) procedure and an RRC request message. While the wireless device is in the RRC idle state or RRC inactive state, the wireless device receives, from the base station, an indication of an uplink resource, transmits, via the uplink resource, second data associated with the SDT procedure, and receives, from the base station and after the transmitting the second data, an RRC release message.

The BS-CU sends, to a base station distributed unit (BS-DU) associated with the first cell, a message indicating release of the first configured uplink grant configuration.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a first base station, at least one radio resource control (RRC) message. The at least one RRC message comprises master cell group (MCG) configuration parameters of a primary cell (PCell) of the first base station and secondary cell group (SCG) configuration parameters of a primary SCG cell (PSCell) of a second base station, for dual connectivity of the wireless device with the first base station and the second base station. The wireless device determines a failure of the PCell before the PSCell configuration is applied. Based on the failure of the PCell, the wireless device performs a cell selection. In response to the selected cell being the PSCell, the wireless device synchronizes with the PSCell based on the SCG configuration parameters.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) release message including an identifier of a first synchronization signal block (SSB) among a plurality of SSBs and one or more resource parameters of an uplink resource, corresponding to the first SSB, for use in an RRC inactive state. The wireless device transmits a transport block via the uplink resource, based on determining that the uplink resource is valid for use in the RRC inactive state. The wireless device determines that the uplink resource is valid based on a beam measurement value of the first SSB being higher than or equal to a first threshold.
