Abstract: Techniques are provide for calibrating device timelines for use in passive positioning of user equipment (UE). An example method for passive positioning of a user equipment includes receiving a first positioning reference signal from a first device at a first time, receiving a second positioning reference signal from a second device at a second time, receiving a timeline difference value associated with the first device and the second device, and determining a time difference of arrival between the first positioning reference signal and the second positioning reference signal based at least in part on the timeline difference value.

Abstract: Aspects relate to dynamically modifying channel state information (CSI) settings, such as CSI report settings and/or CSI resource settings, utilized by a user equipment (UE) in reporting CSI to a base station. For example, a UE may identify at least one parameter associated with a CSI setting and provide a recommendation to modify the CSI setting based on the at least one parameter to a base station. The recommendation may include, for example, an optimized configuration of the CSI setting or soft output, such as an uncertainty level or confidence level associated with the CSI setting. The base station may then select the optimized CSI setting based on the recommendation and provide the optimized CSI setting to the UE for use in generating and transmitting CSI reports to the base station. Other aspects, features, and embodiments are also claimed and described.

In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a resource allocation indicating a plurality of transmission tones comprising a subset of data tones of a plurality of data tones and a subset of peak reduction tones (PRTs) of a plurality of PRTs, wherein the resource allocation indicates a plurality of data tone locations and a plurality of PRT locations within a particular bandwidth, wherein a subset of PRT locations of the plurality of PRT locations are arranged relative to a subset of data tone locations of the plurality of data tone locations according to a PRT sequence corresponding to a set of allocated frequency resources; and transmit a data transmission using a waveform based at least in part on the resource allocation. The transmitting device unicasts the known payload to the receiving device for online training of a neural network.

A base station may apply an encoder neural network to assistance information that may aid a wireless device in communicating with the base station to generate encoded assistance information. The wireless device may use the encoded assistance information to update one or more behaviors of the wireless device without decoding the encoded assistance information. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for measurements on a first frequency band applicable to procedures on a second frequency band. A technique that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) may include sending a base station (BS) an indication of the first frequency band, which may be a preferred measurement frequency band. The UE may then measure one or more reference signals (RSs) on the preferred measurement frequency band. The UE may then apply the measurements of the one or more RSs on the preferred measurement frequency band for one or more procedures on the second frequency band.

This example then further includes controlling whether any of the plurality of scheduled entities is served by a corresponding one or more scheduling entities of the set of scheduling entities based on the at least one LBT evaluation performed by each scheduling entity.
