    Abstract: Scheduling with split symbols for beam management is described. An apparatus is configured to receive, from a network node, DL signaling including a symbol in a first slot, and to measure a first measurement of a first beam during a first time portion, and a second measurement of a second beam during a second different time portion, of the symbol. The apparatus is configured to communicate, with the network node, using the first or second beam based on at least one of the first measurement or the second measurement. Another apparatus is configured to provide, for a UE, DL signaling including a symbol in a first slot, and to communicate, with the UE, using the first or second beam based on a first and/or second measurement. The first and second measurements are of first and second beams during a first and second different time portions of the symbol, respectively.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a non-cell-defining (NCD)-synchronization signal and physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) (NCD-SSB) configuration indicating one or more parameters corresponding to transmission, via at least one NCD-SSB burst, of at least one NCD-SSB set associated with at least one cell, the at least one cell comprising at least one of a primary cell or a secondary cell.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a scheduled entity to communicate within a wireless communication network. In one aspect, the scheduled entity receives a plurality of neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms from a scheduling entity. The scheduled entity determines one or more channel condition parameters and selects one or more of the pluralities of neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms, based on the determined one or more channel condition parameters. The scheduled entity executes measurement of one or more neighbor cells using the selected one or more neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms.
