    Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), that one or more symbols scheduled for reporting a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) to a base station for a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission include at least one invalid symbol, wherein the one or more symbols are located in a first slot or sub-slot; selecting, by the UE, based on one or more parameters of the SPS PDSCH transmission, a second slot or sub-slot, subsequent to the first slot or sub-slot, for sending a delayed HARQ-ACK for the SPS PDSCH transmission; and sending, by the UE to the base station, the delayed HARQ-ACK for the SPS PDSCH transmission on the second slot or sub-slot.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for deferred hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for carrier switching. Some aspects described herein enable a user equipment (UE) to transmit, drop, refrain from transmitting, or a combination thereof, deferred HARQ feedback in various communication scenarios that involve the use of carrier switching. The UE is enabled to continue to defer deferred HARQ feedback, to drop deferred HARQ feedback, to transmit non-deferred HARQ feedback, to drop all HARQ feedback, or to process deferred HARQ feedback using another technique described herein where carrier switching is configured for the UE.

    Abstract: Method and apparatus for a beam report triggering autonomous beam mode selection. The apparatus measures an RSRP of a current beam and at least one beam. In an example, a UE may scheduling a HARQ message and a CSI message on a first slot for transmission on a PUCCH to a network entity based on a SPS configuration, wherein the first slot is configured in a first slot format; determining whether the first slot format of the slot changes to a second slot format prior to transmission of the HARQ message and the CSI message on the PUCCH; forgoing transmission of the CSI message based on the determination that the first slot format of the first slot changes to the second slot format; and rescheduling the HARQ message on a second slot for transmission on the PUCCH to the network entity based on the determination that the first slot format of the slot changes to the second slot format.
