Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may indicate, to a base station, a capability of the UE to use a channel measurement resource for both a joint transmission hypothesis and a single transmission hypothesis. The UE may receive, based on indicating the capability of the UE, a configuration message indicating a first channel measurement resource that is associated with a first transmission configuration indicator state and that is configured for a first joint transmission hypothesis. The UE may obtain a channel measurement for both the first joint transmission hypothesis and a first single transmission hypothesis using the first channel measurement resource based on the configuration message.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a mobile station may receive, from a base station, an indication of a relaxed physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback timeline associated with a dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) deployment in which a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT share a same frequency band. The mobile station may receive, from the base station, a PDSCH associated with the first RAT. The mobile station may transmit, to the base station, PDSCH HARQ-ACK feedback for the PDSCH associated with the first RAT based at least in part on the relaxed PDSCH HARQ-ACK feedback timeline associated with the DSS deployment. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: The disclosure relates in some aspects to enabling a user terminal (UT) to obtain information about nearby cells and any beams generated by nearby cells. For example, a network can send a neighbor cell list to UTs, where the list identifies the cells in that neighborhood and provides information about any beams generated by those cells. Thus, a UT can learn the neighboring beams/cells that the UT can reselect to if the current beam/cell becomes weak. In some aspects, the UE can learn the attitude (e.g., pitch, roll, yaw, or any combination thereof) profile of neighboring satellites as well as the pointing angles and the ON-OFF schedules of their beams. In some aspects, the UT can learn a start angle and a span for a satellite and use this information to identify a satellite the UT can reselect to if the current beam/cell becomes weak.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive from a network entity, a control message triggering the UE to provide a time-domain aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) report for indicating time-domain channel state information (CSI) associated with CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources within an observation window, where a beginning of the observation window is based on when the control message is received. The UE may perform performing measurements of channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) received via the CSI-RS resources that occur within the observation window. The UE may then transmit, to the network entity based on the control message, the time-domain A-CSI report indicating measured time-domain CSI associated with the observation window, where the measured time-domain CSI is based on the measurements.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to avoiding downlink symbol collisions. In an example, a UE may scheduling a HARQ message and a CSI message on a first slot for transmission on a PUCCH to a network entity based on a SPS configuration, wherein the first slot is configured in a first slot format; determining whether the first slot format of the slot changes to a second slot format prior to transmission of the HARQ message and the CSI message on the PUCCH; forgoing transmission of the CSI message based on the determination that the first slot format of the first slot changes to the second slot format; and rescheduling the HARQ message on a second slot for transmission on the PUCCH to the network entity based on the determination that the first slot format of the slot changes to the second slot format.
