Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, a pixel electrode, an organic emissive layer, a common electrode, a first inorganic encapsulation layer, an organic encapsulation layer, a second inorganic encapsulation layer, a dam, a bank disposed closer to a peripheral edge of the substrate than the dam, an inorganic encapsulation area, wherein the first inorganic encapsulation layer contacts the second inorganic encapsulation layer in the inorganic encapsulation area, and a first voltage supply line in a bank area where the bank is disposed, and in the inorganic encapsulation area. The first voltage supply line includes a plurality of anti-moisture patterns protruding from one side of the first subsidiary voltage supply line and having at least one of a length and a width in the inorganic encapsulation area respectively different from those of the plurality of anti-moisture patterns in the bank area.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate that includes a display area and a peripheral area, a transistor in the display area, a pixel electrode connected to the transistor, a common electrode that overlaps the pixel electrode, and an organic insulation layer that is between the common electrode and the substrate, and overlaps at least a part of the peripheral area, wherein a thickness of a portion of the organic insulation layer overlapping the display area, and a thickness of a portion of the organic insulation layer overlapping the peripheral area, are different from each other, and the organic insulation layer includes a valley that penetrates the organic insulation layer, while overlapping the peripheral area.

Abstract: A display device includes an active region including pixels receiving data signals through data lines, and a non-active region on a side of the active region in a first direction and including a pad portion. The display device includes non-active fan-out wirings in the non-active region and connected to the pad portion, signal wirings extending in the first direction across the active region and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings passing through the active region and connecting some of the non-active fan-out wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings includes first and second extension portions made of a first conductive layer, and a third extension portion made of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. The first and second extension portions extend in the first direction, and the third extension portion extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

Abstract: A display device includes an active area including pixels arranged in a matrix shape, a non-active area disposed at one side of the active area in a first direction and including a pad unit, non-active fanout wirings disposed in the non-active area and connected to the pad unit, signal wirings extending in the first direction to traverse the active area and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings, each at least partially passing through the active area and connecting some of the non-active fanout wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings include first and third extension portion extending in the first direction, and a second extension portion extending in a second direction, and at least two of the pixels are disposed between corresponding extension portions of two adjacent connection wirings along a direction in which the corresponding extension portions are spaced apart from each other.

Abstract: A display device includes a display area and a non-display area having a pad area. The display device includes: a substrate, a plurality of dams disposed on the substrate in the non-display area, an organic film disposed on the substrate in the display area and the non-display area and not overlapping at least some of the plurality of dams, an outer planarizing layer disposed outside the organic film and overlapping some of the plurality of dams, and a sensing line layer disposed on the organic film and the outer planarizing layer, wherein the plurality of dams include an inner dam, a middle dam, and an outermost dam, the non-display area includes a first non-display area disposed between the pad area and the display area, and the outer planarizing layer disposed in the first non-display area does not overlap the outermost dam disposed in the first non-display area.
