Abstract: A touch sensor may include a substrate and may include electrode units, first demultiplexers, second demultiplexers, and driving pads all located on the substrate. The electrode units each may include a plurality of electrode groups, the electrode groups each including a plurality of touch electrodes. The first demultiplexers each may include a plurality of sub-demultiplexers and each may be electrically connected to a corresponding one of the electrode units. Each of the sub-demultiplexers of a first demultiplexer may be electrically connected to a corresponding one of the electrode groups of a corresponding electrode unit. The second demultiplexers may be connected between the first demultiplexers and the driving pads.

Abstract: A display device includes: a base layer including a display area (DA) and a non-DA; a circuit element layer on the base layer and including: a power supply electrode (PSE) overlapping the non-DA, circuit elements, and a shielding electrode connected to the PSE and overlapping some of the circuit elements; a display element layer on the circuit element layer and including: a light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting unit, and a second electrode, and a connection electrode connecting the second electrode to the PSE and including first through-holes; a thin film encapsulation layer (TFEL) on the display element layer and including an organic layer overlapping the DA; and an input sensing layer on the TFEL and including sensing electrodes and sensing signal lines connected to the sensing electrodes. The sensing signal lines overlap the connection electrode. Some of the first through-holes overlap the shielding electrode.

Abstract: A display device includes an active region including pixels receiving data signals through data lines, and a non-active region on a side of the active region in a first direction and including a pad portion. The display device includes non-active fan-out wirings in the non-active region and connected to the pad portion, signal wirings extending in the first direction across the active region and connected to the pixels, and connection wirings passing through the active region and connecting some of the non-active fan-out wirings and some of the signal wirings. Each of the connection wirings includes first and second extension portions made of a first conductive layer, and a third extension portion made of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. Abstract: A touch sensor includes a sensing electrode that receives a touch input disposed on a sensing area of a substrate; and a plurality of sensing lines disposed on a non-sensing area of the substrate. Each of the plurality of sensing lines includes a first area and a second area, and first and second metal layers electrically coupled to the sensing electrode. The second metal layer is disposed on the first metal layer, and an insulating layer is interposed between the first and second metal layers. The sensing lines include first and second sensing lines. The first and second sensing lines include the first and second metal layers in the first area. The first sensing line includes the first metal layer without the second metal layer in the second area, and the second sensing line includes the second metal layer without the first metal layer in the second area.
