The present invention includes the steps of receiving length information of a BCMCS component flow discriminator (BCMCS Flow Discriminator) configuring a BCMC service flow identifier (BCMCS Flow Identifier) and receiving information for a number of BCMCS component flow discriminators configuring the BCMC service flow identifier using a bit number corresponding to a value of the length information of the BCMCS component flow discriminator. Accordingly, the information for the BCMCS component flow identifier can be efficiently transmitted and received.

摘要： The present invention relates to an Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) used as an electric switch for an electrical circuit which employs a double breakage method of determining whether leakage occurs based on total leakage voltage of a total leakage current detected by a zero-phase current transformer 20 and automatically cutting off the supply of power from a power supply, and determining whether leakage occurs based on the net leakage voltage of a net leakage current synchronously detected by a synchronous detector 90 and automatically cutting off the supply of power from the power supply, so that there are advantages in that the rate of incidence of malfunction of the ELCB is reduced and the leakage breaking function of the ELCB is effectively improved, thereby considerably improving safety.

More specifically, a base station (BS) transmits an overhead slot cycle index for providing the overhead message to a mobile station (MS) and thereafter, receives the overhead slot cycle index and determining an overhead slot cycle. Furthermore, the BS transmits the overhead message on a first slot of each overhead slot cycle according to a variable duration of the slot, and then receives the overhead message from the first slot of each overhead slot cycle according to the variable duration of the slot.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for controlling motor torque in a hybrid electric vehicle, which can reduce current control mapping time and simplify control algorithm by providing a torque control compensation logic against a change in temperature of a motor (interior permanent magnet synchronous motor) of the hybrid electric vehicle. The present method includes: forming a single current control map based on an engine room temperature; determining a motor operation range that requires temperature compensation according to motor load conditions such as speed and torque; obtaining an optimization formula for torque command compensation; determining a torque command compensation value using the optimization formula; generating a new torque command with the torque command compensation value and applying the new torque command to the single current control map; and applying to a motor a current for which a torque variation according to a temperature change is compensated.

摘要： A heat exchanger for a vehicle may include a heat radiating portion provided with first and second connecting lines formed alternately by stacking plates, and receiving first and second operating fluids into the first and second connecting lines. The heat exchanger also includes a bifurcating portion connecting an inflow hole for flowing one operating fluid of the first and second operating fluids with an exhaust hole for exhausting the one operating fluid, and the bifurcating portion is adapted for the one operating fluid to bypass the heat radiating portion according to a temperature of the one operating fluid. The heat exchanger further includes a valve unit mounted corresponding to the inflow hole and adapted to flow the one operating fluid selectively to the heat radiating portion or the bifurcating portion according to the temperature of the one operating fluid flowing in the inflow hole.
