    Abstract: A display device includes: a backlight unit configured to emit light; a first substrate positioned in a path of a light emitted from the backlight unit and including a first pixel and a second pixel displaying different colors from each other; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a light amount control layer positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate; a gate line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a first direction; a storage line disposed on the substrate and spaced apart from the gate line; and a data line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The first pixel includes a first thin film transistor, a first pixel electrode, and a first light conversion unit. The second pixel electrode includes a second thin film transistor, and a second light conversion unit.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image. A light guide plate is disposed below the display panel. The light guide plate has a light incident surface. A light source is disposed adjacent to the light incident surface of the light guide plate to generate first light. A light conversion layer is disposed between the light guide plate and the display panel to convert a wavelength band of incident light. An optical filter layer is disposed between the light guide plate and the light conversion layer to selectively transmit or reflect incident light.

    Abstract: A display panel includes: a window including a display area, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area; a color filter layer on the window; a circuit element layer including: a low refractive index layer covering the color filter layer; and a transistor on the low refractive index layer; a light control layer including: division partition walls on the circuit element layer; and a light control pattern between the division partition walls, and including quantum dots; and a display element layer on the light control layer, and including: a first electrode; a second electrode on the first electrode; and an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode and to generate light. The light passes through the light control layer, the circuit element layer, and the color filter layer to be transmitted to the window.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a light-emitting unit including light-emitting elements, and a color unit disposed on the light-emitting unit and including a first color area, a second color area, and a third color area that overlap the light-emitting elements and emit light beams of different colors. The color unit includes a light-transmission layer including a first opening corresponding to the first color area and a second opening corresponding to the second color area, a first color conversion layer disposed within the first opening of the light-transmission layer, a second color conversion layer disposed within the second opening of the light-transmission layer, and a spacer disposed on the light-transmission layer and between two adjacent color areas among the first color area, the second color area, and the third color area, the spacer including a light shielding material.
