摘要: This specification discloses an invention relating to the relationship between a latent image bearing member such as screen-like photosensitive medium and a corona discharger used to form a latent image on the latent image bearing member. More particularly, the corona discharger is divided into a plurality of dischargers so that when the sum of the length of the corona discharger for the formation of the latent image and the length of the latent image bearing member is greater than the length in the direction of movement of an endless support member supporting the latent image bearing member, the plurality of dischargers may selectively discharge corona in accordance with the rotational position of the latent image bearing member. By this, the latent image bearing member may be prevented from being dually charged and the length of the latent image bearing member may be minimized to contribute to reduction in size of the image formation apparatus.

摘要: A color television receiver hue-control system that produces two sets of color-generating signals, one set being differentially controllable and the other not, to produce two kinds of reference color areas on the screen of a color cathode ray tube to be visible simultaneously. The hue of the first reference color in a first area is fixed, and the hue of the second reference color in an adjacent area is varied by the same hue adjustment control as that used to vary the hue in the reproduced television picture. The hue adjustment is achieved by adjusting the control to produce differential modification of the amplitude of one set of color-generating signals, either by direct amplitude modification or by phase shifting a demodulating carrier if the set of color-generating signals is modulated on a carrier, to produce coincidence of the hue of the two reference colors.

摘要: An information processing device reduces a time of processing for adding an attribute name performed in each node. The device memorizes its own segment. This segment is at least one segment among each segment made by dividing a range of a key into a plurality of segments, so as to make the segments neighbor with each other. The key is generated about at least two attribute names using an attribute name and an attribute value based on a specified order relation and is of size-comparable form. The device judges whether a key generated from an attribute name and an attribute value is included in its own segment or not.

摘要: An information processing apparatus receives a query specifying a value range; generates keys indicating values in the query; generates a key range (KR) group containing at least one KR which is a set of prescribed keys; stores a key indicating bounds of keys managed by each apparatus; receives the KR group; specifies, with respect to each KR in the received KR group, one key as an address key based on the relation between the value indicated by a prescribed key contained in the KR and the values indicated by each stored key respectively; appends the keys contained in the KR to a group of KR which is a set of keys associated with a node identifier of an apparatus identified based on the value of the specified address key; and forwards each group of KR to the apparatus identified by the node identifier associated with each group of KR respectively.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of deadlocks regardless of the size of a message communication buffer. When data sent to a first address is received, a data transfer apparatus determines another data transfer apparatus as a data transfer destination, based on a routing table. When a magnitude relationship between the identifier of the own apparatus and the identifier of the another data transfer apparatus is in one condition, the data is transmitted to the first address of the another data transfer apparatus. When the magnitude relationship is in the other condition, the data is transmitted to the second address of the another data transfer apparatus. When the data sent to the second address of the own apparatus is received, the another data transfer apparatus is determined as the data transfer destination based on the routing table, and the data is transmitted to the second address of the another data transfer apparatus.
