    Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy ribbon having high corrosion resistance and good magnetic properties is obtained. The soft magnetic alloy ribbon contains Fe and M. M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ta, W, Zr, Hf, Mo, Cr, and Ti, and a part of M is included in oxides.
