摘要: The invention provides a self-ballasted lamp having high heat radiation performance, which is lightweight and inexpensive. A substrate having LED elements mounted is provided at one edge side of the radiator, and a cap is provided at the other edge side the radiator. A lighting circuit is accommodated between the radiator and the cap. The radiator includes a cylindrical cover member and an annular radiation member fitted to the outer circumferential part of the cover member and is composed by combining the cover member and the radiation member together. The cover member and the radiation member are made of metal and are formed by press-working.

摘要: A lighting fixture capable of efficiently radiating heat of a lamp device may be configured to be attached to a socket device. In some examples, by attaching the lamp device to the socket device, a cap portion of the lamp device is brought into contact with a fixture body, and pressed against and brought into close contact with the fixture body by an elastic body. Heat generated by lighting of LEDs of the lamp device is conducted from the cap portion to the fixture body and efficiently radiated.

摘要: A light-emitting module may be configured to have improved light emission efficiency and light distribution characteristics. A light-emitting module may include a substrate having a front surface side as a component mounting surface and a rear surface side as a flat heat dissipating surface, a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in a manner protruding at a central portion of the component mounting surface of the substrate. The light-emitting elements may radiate light at least in an upper surface direction and in a direction along the component mounting surface. The module may further include one or more lighting circuit components electrically connected to the light emitting elements by a wiring pattern arranged on the substrate and which is arranged closer to the peripheral edge side of the substrate than the light emitting elements on the component mounting surface of the substrate, and a connector for power supply connection.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an LED bulb in which temperature of a lighting circuit is suppressed from rising during lighting of an LED so that life time of the lighting circuit is maintained without increasing manufacturing cost of components. According to the invention, an LED module 11 having multiple LEDs surface-mounted thereon is mounted in a heat dissipating unit 12. Heat generated by the LEDs is dissipated through multiple heat dissipating fins 18 of the heat dissipating unit 12. A glove 14, covering the LED module 11, radiates outward radiant light from the LEDs. A lighting circuit 17 for lighting the LEDs is incorporated in an inner hollow portion 23 of a cap 16 arranged on a side opposite to the glove 14 of the heat dissipating unit 12. Accordingly, the heat generated by the LEDs of the LED module 11 is mostly dissipated by the heat dissipating unit 12, thereby suppressing the temperature of the lighting circuit from rising.

摘要: A self-ballasted fluorescent lamp includes a luminous tube that is formed in a bent shape with a pair of electrode-side end portions located at a the bottom end of the luminous tube. A cover houses a lighting device for lighting the luminous tube. A base is attached to the bottom end of the cover, and the luminous tube is supported at the top end, of the lamp. The outer diameter of a bulb of the luminous tube 14 ranges from 3 to 8 mm, and the maximum width of the luminous tube, is not greater than 30 mm. The cover is formed so that the proportion of the distance by which the cover extends from the base to the lamp length excluding the base ranges from 0 to 25%, and so that the maximum outer diameter of the cover ranges from 1.0 to 1.5 times the outer diameter of the base.

摘要: A compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp which is equivalent to a typical light bulb is provided. The self-ballasted fluorescent lamp includes a cover, a lighting circuit, an arc tube-a base and a globe and formed into a shape whose outline dimensions are nearly identical to the standard dimensions of a typical light bulb. The arc tube is comprised of a plurality of U-shaped bent bulbs which have an inner tube diameter ranging from 6 to 9 mm and arranged in parallel with one another. Having a bulb height ranging from 50 to 60 mm and a discharge path from 200 to 300 mm long, the arc tube is designed such that the total luminous flux is not less than 700 lm with a lamp efficiency of not less than 60 lm/W when the lamp is lit at the lamp power of 7 to 15 W. An envelope comprising the cover and the globe has a height ranging from 110 to 125 mm, including the height of the base.
