摘要: A method of accessing an image database containing location data and determining one or more clusters of the digital images based on their location data. A hotspot location is determined for representing the cluster of the digital images and the results are stored for later access. The computer is connected to a network and receives data from a device including data identifying a current location. After determining that the device is within a selected notification distance from the hotspot location, a notification is transmitted over the network.

摘要: A method of making an OLED device, including providing a substrate having a first electrode and a conductive bus line provided over the substrate and organic EL media provided over the first electrode and over the conductive bus line; forming a radiation absorbing structure associated with the conductive bus line; exposing the radiation absorbing structure to radiation to produce heat sufficient to ablate a portion of the organic EL media thereby forming an opening in the organic EL media; and forming a second electrode over the organic EL media, and through the opening in the organic EL media thereby forming an electrical connection between the second electrode to the conductive bus line.

摘要: A method and apparatus for forming vias in one or more layers, comprising providing a vacuum chamber, one or more beams in the vacuum chamber. The array of directed beams located in alignment with a layer for ablating one or more areas of the layer for forming vias. A cold trap is also provided in the vacuum chamber that is in fixed alignment with respect to the one or more beams such that the ablated material condenses upon the cold trap at the time and location when the one or more vias is being formed.

摘要: A method of making a current type active matrix OLED device, includes providing a semiconductor layer, a conductive layer, and an insulator layer therebetween over a substrate, providing an organic light emitting diode over either the semiconductor layer or over the conductive layer for each pixel, and forming a first transistor having a channel region formed in the semiconductor layer and a gate formed in the conductive layer for each pixel for receiving a first current data signal for adjusting the emission brightness in its corresponding pixel. The method also includes forming a second transistor for each pixel for regulating current through the organic light emitting diode in response to the first current wherein each second transistor has a gate formed in the conductive layer and a channel region formed in the semiconductor layer, and annealing particular regions of the semiconductor layer by using a pulsed laser.

摘要: An OLED device includes at least one light emitting layer arranged to produce light in a predetermined emitting area, a reflector and a semi-transparent reflector forming a microcavity structure for resonating the light produced in the at least one light emitting layer, and a color filter element disposed relative to a first portion of the predetermined emitting area so as to filter the light produced by the at least one light emitting layer and transmit substantially unfiltered light through a second portion of the predetermined emitting area.

摘要: A tuned OLED device includes a microcavity structure including a light-emitting layer for producing light, a semitransparent reflector, and a reflector layer disposed on opposite sides of the light-emitting layer, the microcavity structure enhancing on-axis light produced from the light-emitting layer in at least one particular wavelength to produce a desired on-axis viewed color while not substantially enhancing on-axis other wavelengths of such light; and a layer including a color change medium which is responsive to wavelengths of light shorter than the particular wavelength by absorbing such shorter wavelengths of light and emitting light corresponding in color to the particular wavelength, thereby improving the color of the light produced by the OLED device when viewed in an off-axis direction.

摘要: Portable communication devices transmit digital images and their location information to a central server. If a particular location is often photographed it can be designated as a hot spot. Thereafter, if a communication device is currently transmitting from within a vicinity of the hot spot, based on the location data received from the communication device, notification data can be transmitted to the communication device for notifying the user of the hot spot. The notification data can include directional information for the user to access on the communication device for enabling the user to find the hot spot.
