The electrical connection structure includes a through hole formed through the terminal and a connection part formed around the through hole on an opposite side of a piezoelectric element on the terminal. The conductive adhesive is applied and solidified so that the conductive adhesive extends between a surface of the connection part and a surface of the electrode of the piezoelectric element through the through hole.
