    摘要: A magnetic recording medium is disclosed, which has a magnetic layer on a non-magnetic support, wherein at least a mixture of ester compounds shown by formula (I) obtained by the reaction of a straight chain or branched fatty acid having from 12 to 30 carbon atoms and branched alcohols having from 10 to 32 carbon atoms synthesized by oxo synthesis is retained in or on the magnetic layer: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a straight chain or branched alkyl group having from 11 to 29 carbon atoms or a straight chain or branched alkenyl group having from 11 to 29 carbon atoms, and R.sub.2 represents a branched alkyl group having from 10 to 32 carbon atoms. The magnetic recording medium has an excellent running durability in wide ranges of temperature and humidity condition.

    摘要: An adsorptive fiber sheet where a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fiber constituted only by synthetic fiber having a higher melting temperature is secured in a layered structure to at least one surface of a nonwoven fabric of adsorptive fiber which is produced in such a manner that synthetic fiber having a higher melting temperature, synthetic fiber having a lower melting temperature and adsorptive fiber are mixed with one another and contact points between the synthetic fiber having a lower melting temperature and other fibers are bound together by softening the synthetic fiber having a lower melting temperature. Both the synthetic fabrics are placed one above another in a layered structure by allowing synthetic fiber having a lower melting temperature to be softened to bind or by allowing fibers to be entangled with one another in such a manner that no separation takes place therebetween.

    摘要: An optical scanning device includes an oscillating mirror portion having a reflection surface, and a frame portion holding the oscillating mirror portion. The optical scanning device reflects an incident optical flux by the reflection surface so as to convert the incident optical flux into a scanned optical flux. The optical scanning device further includes a reflection portion having a first reflection surface and a second reflection surface which are arranged in substantially V-shaped inclined surfaces. The first reflection surface reflects the incident optical flux and radiates the reflected light toward the oscillating mirror portion. The second reflection surface receives the reflected light from the oscillating mirror portion and radiates the reflected light as the scanned optical flux.

    摘要: An apparatus for use in optical scanning is disclosed which vibrates at least a part of a vibrating body having a light-reflective surface, to thereby allow light, upon entry, to be reflected from the light-reflective surface in varying directions. The vibrating body includes: (a) a reflective mirror having the light-reflective surface; and (b) an integral spring extending from the reflective mirror and being excited to generate at least a torsional vibration. The vibrating body has vibrational characteristics in which whether or not a resonant frequency of the torsional vibration and a resonant frequency of a disturbing vibration are equal to each other depends upon a shape-defining parameter for defining a shape of the integral spring extending lengthwise. The shape-defining parameter is pre-set to fall within a range allowing the resonant frequency of the torsional vibration and the resonant frequency of the disturbing vibration to be different from each other.
