摘要： A mixer used in a millimeter-wave band and a microwave band capable of achieving loss reduction, a radar module, and a communication apparatus incorporating the mixer and having high efficiency. 摘要： An oscillation circuit is constructed by providing a line and a Gunn diode on a dielectric substrate, and an oscillation signal as the fundamental frequency signal of an oscillator is injected into the Gunn diode through a DC bias line. By disposing a dielectric stripline between upper and lower conductor plates, at NRD guide as an output transmission line is constructed, and the line and the NRD guide are coupled. The cutoff frequency of the NRD guide is determined so that the fundamental wave component of oscillation signal of the oscillation circuit is cut off and a harmonic is propagated.

摘要： A voltage controlled oscillator, a voltage controlled oscillator device, and a radar device provided therewith which can detect when the oscillation frequency becomes uncontrollable. According to one embodiment, a Gunn or other oscillation device is connected to a main line and a varactor diode which is a variable reactance element is connected between the main line and a sub line to constitute a voltage controlled oscillator. A control voltage is applied to the varactor diode via a switching circuit, and the presence or absence of oscillation or a failure of the varactor diode or oscillation device is detected by a detection signal, for example, from the varactor diode as monitored by a voltage monitor, and/or from the oscillation device, as monitored by a current sensing device.

摘要： In an antenna supervising apparatus for supplying a multiplexed signal comprised of a plurality of carrier wave signals respectively outputted from a plurality of transmitters through a transmission line to an antenna, a directional coupler detects progressive signals of the multiplexed signal to the antenna and the reflected signals thereof from the antenna, and a band-pass filter respectively filters the progressive signal and the reflected signal of one carrier wave signal preselected among those of the detected multiplexed signal. Further, a detector respectively detects the filtered progressive signal and the filtered reflected signal of the one carrier wave signal, and a micro processing unit calculates a standing wave ratio with respect to the preselected one carrier wave signal based on the detected signals.
