    摘要: A program shutter drive system has an ultrasonic motor for controlling an opening size of a shutter according to a programmed schedule of operation according to a brightness of a subject to be photographed. The ultrasonic motor drives the shutter to open and close according to a proper exposure determined for a subject based on a brightness of the subject by an exposure determining device. A control signal generator provides a position indicating signal and a speed indicating signal which are determined to perform a programmed schedule of operation of the shutter according to the proper exposure output. A detector is provided to output an actual position signal representing an actual opening of the shutter and an actual speed signal representing an actual speed at which the shutter opens to the actual opening size. The position and speed indicating signals are compared with the actual position and speed signals, respectively, so as to control rotation of the ultrasonic motor.

An ultrasonic wave transmitted and received to/from the ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving surface of the piezoelectric element group is mechanically scanned in the short-axis direction of the piezoelectric element group by rotating and oscillating the rotary holding table in the short-axis direction, and a liquid serving as an acoustic medium is filled in the hermetically sealed container.

    摘要: An imaging device moves a taking lens in an optical-axis direction by a hollow stepping motor of a claw-pole type comprising a disk-shaped hollow magnet and stators. The magnet is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The stators are respectively adjacent to both surfaces of the magnet in the optical-axis direction. When the magnet is rotated, attractive force caused by the respective stators is applied in the optical axis direction. It is prevented that the magnet and a rotary barrel are attracted in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis. Thus, electric power consumption is prevented from increasing due to friction with upper and lower covers, and abnormal noise is prevented from occurring due to the friction.

    摘要: A compact camera has a camera case that covers up more than half of a camera body in a resting position where the camera case covers a taking lens, a flash projector, a battery chamber and a cartridge chamber. By sliding the camera case to a working position uncovering the taking lens and the flash projector, the flash projector springs up to a flashing position, and a main switch is turned on. Then, a lens barrel is protruded out of the camera body. Locking mechanisms are provided to stop the camera case at the working position. The camera case is allowed to move from the working position to the resting position by stowing the flash projector into the camera body. The camera case is allowed to move from the working position in an uncoving direction by operating a knob that is mounted in a room provided inside the battery chamber. The battery chamber is located behind the flash projector in the stowed position, and a battery chamber lid and the flash projector are mounted rotatable about the same axis. A door opening mechanism is provided for opening and closing a door member of a photo film cartridge loaded in the cartridge chamber in cooperation with sliding movement of the camera case. The door opening mechanism is interconnected with a ratchet lever such that the ratchet lever stops the camera case at a safety lock position where it is impossible to open the cartridge chamber, so long as the door member is open.

    摘要: A camera having a sprocket with a pair of cogs formed on a periphery for engaging a filmstrip having a row of perforations separated at alternate short and long intervals. The periphery is divided by the cogs into a frictional engaging section which provides frictional engagement of the periphery with the filmstrip and a mechanical engaging section which provides mechanical engagement of the cogs with the perforations. A shutter charging mechanism is operated by rotation of the sprocket driven by the filmstrip through the mechanical engagement between the filmstrip and at least part of the mechanically engaging section of the sprocket. A switch over mechanism disconnects the sprocket and the shutter mechanism in response to rewinding the filmstrip and a locking mechanism prevents reverse rotation of the sprocket in a specific position.

When the panoramic size is designated, the masking mechanism partially masks an exposure aperture that otherwise would create a full size picture, thereby to form a panoramic picture. On a rear door of the camera are mounted first and second data recorders. When the full size is designated, the first data recorder records numerical data on the first picture and in a larger size. When the panoramic size is designated, the second data recorder records numerical data on the second picture and in a smaller size. The full-size data are positioned outside the area of the panoramic picture.

    摘要: A panoramic camera has masking plates selectively movable for masking the exposure aperture so as to form a picture frame of a panoramic size or for opening the whole exposure aperture. A plate actuating mechanism provided on the fixed lens mount selectively sets the masking plates in either the full size position or the panoramic position. According to a preferred embodiment, the camera has a taking lens of the collapsible mount type having movable and fixed lens mounts. A guide groove formed on the movable lens mount engages with a pin formed on an operating knob upon retracting the movable lens mount into the fixed lens mount. The masking plates are thereby retracted from the path of the movable lens mount. The camera includes spring members for biasing the masking plates toward the full size position. An indicator indicates the frame size upon operating the operating knob. The operating knob is arranged in a film passageway for operating the plate actuating mechanism. The frame size is thereby prevented from changing until unloading the film. Two recesses corresponding to the two frame sizes are provided in a slide lever portion formed on the operating knob. A positioning projection formed on the back door engages with either of the arresting recesses so as to keep the slide lever portion at the position of the selected frame size. The camera further includes a mechanism for recording predetermined data on a portion of the film masked by the masking plates.

    摘要: A light projector for a distance measuring device comprises a lens barrel holding projecting lenses and a lamp housing rotatably engaged with the lens barrel. The lamp housing containing a flash lamp comprises a front cover having a tube engaged with the lens barrel, and a back cover secured to the front cover. In the front cover, a slit is provided, with its center aligned with an optical axis of the projecting lenses, the longitudinal sides thereof being arranged precisely perpendicular to a base line of a distance measuring device. Between the lamp housing and the lens barrel, an inclination adjusting member is disposed. When the inclination adjusting member is rotated with a screwdriver, or a wrench, the lamp housing rotates about the optical axis of the projecting lenses, permitting the inclination of the slit light to be adjusted.
