摘要: In the present invention, a vertical type MOSFET and a Schottky barrier diode which are used as a switching device of a DC--DC converter are formed on the same semiconductor substrate. Further, a barrier metal which is required for the Schottky barrier diode is also formed on an electrode portion of the vertical type MOSFET. In addition, a Schottky barrier diode forming region is formed to have low impurity concentration than a vertical type MOSFET forming region.

摘要: An initial focusing mechanism for a zoom lens system adapted to achieve the initial focusing by moving a variator lens and a compensator lens along an optical axis with respect to a focusing lens. A cylinder cam is slidably movable within a barrel along the optical axis. The cylinder cam carries the variator lens and the compensator lens and is rotatable with respect to the barrel during zooming so that the variator lens and compensator lens can be moved along the optical axis maintaining a given inter-lens optical relationship. A slide element is provided for moving the cylinder cam along the optical axis and locking the cylinder cam at a selected position relative to the barrel. For initial focusing, the cylinder cam is slidably moved along the optical axis which adjustably moves the variator lens and the compensator lens relative to the focusing lens. Upon completion of this adjustment, the cylinder cam is fixed to the barrel.

摘要: A zoom lens comprises first to fourth lens groups in order from the subject end. Second to third lens groups move along optical axis of the zoom lens for zooming between a wide-angle end where the zoom lens has the shortest focal length and a telephoto end where the zoom lens has the longest focal length. During the zooming, first lens group remains stationary. As the second lens group moves towards the image end for zooming from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end, the third and fourth lens groups are moved so as to initially decrease a relative axial distance therebetween and subsequently increase the axial distance, thereby correcting changes in focus caused by the axial movement of the second lens group during zooming.

摘要: A standard photographic lens is disclosed that includes a front lens group, a diaphragm stop, and a rear lens group, in order from the object side. The front lens group is formed of a negative meniscus lens with its convex surface on the object side, and a positive meniscus lens with its convex surface on the object side. The rear lens group is formed of a third lens element of negative refractive power with a concave surface on the object side, a fourth lens element of positive refractive power with a convex surface on the image side, and a fifth lens element, of meniscus shape with its concave surface on the image side. Organic material is preferably used for the second and third lens elements. Various conditions are satisfied so as to provide a lens having a bright image with favorably corrected aberrations.

Each lens element surface is spaced from any adjacent lens elements so that no lens element surfaces are joined to form a combined lens. Further, specified conditions are satisfied to ensure that the Gaussian lens for photography has high optical performance, provides a flat image surface over the entire field of view, and may be readily manufactured so as to keep production costs low.

摘要: There is described a data-imprinting optical system for use with a camera which is composed of a single meniscus lens having a positive refracting power and a brightness aperture, which can be applied to a low-cost unsophisticated camera of manual advance type by satisfying predetermined conditional equations, and which enables miniaturization of and space-saving in a camera. Specifically, the data-imprinting optical system includes a single positive meniscus lens and a brightness aperture disposed on the part of a data display member. The positive meniscus lens is a plastic lens having an aspherical concave surface on the part thereof facing the data display member. An image of display information appearing on the data display member is projected on a film surface.
