摘要： A color wheel assembly includes a color wheel and a driving motor. The color wheel is attached directly to a hub of the driving motor. Consequently, no additional components are required to fix the color wheel to the driving motor, thereby reducing the number of components and the number of manufacturing processes. Thus, the color wheel assembly as a time-share light dispersing device can be inexpensively manufactured with a high degree of precision.

摘要： A color wheel is fabricated with filter sectors formed on both surfaces of a substrate such that filter sectors adjacent to each other are disposed respectively on the top and bottom side surfaces of the substrate, whereby structures as means for demarcating each of the filter sectors can be shaped on the substrate at one time so that the adjacent filter sectors can be positioned with respect to each other with an accuracy of the demarcation of the structures without positioning masking jigs every time each filter is formed.

摘要： A clear image can be achieved by preventing dusts from collecting in grooves formed in a transparent substrate and by improving contrast as well. A film is provided in such a manner as to cover a light reflection pattern formed in the surface of the transparent substrate. The film is sealingly fixed to the transparent substrate for preventing dusts from entering the light reflection pattern (particularly the grooves) during the process of assembling the spread illuminating apparatus. Also, the surface of the transparent substrate can be protected from scratches thanks to the film fixed. The amount of interface reflection can be reduced by using resin or the like as the film material, and contrast can be improved by setting the thickness of the film to a value smaller than prescribed.

摘要： A solid electrolyte capacitor comprises a capacitor element disposed in a case, and a rubber seal member tightly fitted in an upper opening of the case, with lead terminals projecting from the element and extending through the seal member. To fabricate the capacitor, a TCNQ complex salt is placed into a heating box and melted by heating. The capacitor element is placed into the box, impregnated with the complex salt, then immediately withdrawn from the box and cooled in air to solidify the salt by cooling. Subsequently, the lead terminals of the element are inserted through the seal member. The element is placed into the case which has approximately the same diameter as the heating box, with the seal member attached to the element, and the case is constricted to seal off its opening, whereby the solid electrolyte capacitor is obtained.
