    摘要： Disclosed herein is a solid electrolyte capacitor with organic semiconductor which comprises a capacitor element, a solid electrolyte layer formed by heating and melting TCNQ complex salt, impregnating the TCNQ salt into the capacitor element and thereafter cooling and solidifying the same, a powder coating layer formed to cover an upper portion of the capacitor element through a clearance, and a sealing resin layer covering the powder coating layer for sealing the capacitor element.Since the powder coating layer is formed on the upper portion of the capacitor element through a clearance, it is possible to reduce influence exerted on the element by contraction or expansion caused by thermal stress which is applied in a soldering step. Consequently, it is possible to suppress increase of a leakage current.

    摘要： In a solid electrolyte capacitor, an improvement wherein the solid electrolyte is a mixture of at least two kinds of 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane complexes having cations different from each other which is obtained by cooling the mixture in a liquid state, the mixture being so stable to a high heat applied to the capacitor upon mounting the same on a circuit board using reflow solder. Further, a method for aging solid electrolyte capacitors is also disclosed wherein a higher aging temperature is employed.

    摘要： An optical fiber cable which is suitably set in a conduit by pushing the optical fiber cable into the conduit so as to insert the optical fiber cable through the conduit and which does not reduce the ease of manufacture and the mechanical characteristics of the optical fiber cable. The optical fiber cable includes an optical fiber cable core wire and a sheath covering the optical fiber cable core wire, wherein a dynamic friction coefficient between a surface of the sheath of the optical fiber cable and a surface of a sheath of another optical fiber cable is 0.17 to 0.34, and a dynamic friction coefficient between the surface of the sheath of the optical fiber cable and a surface of a sheet composed of polyvinyl chloride is 0.30 to 0.40.

    摘要： There is provided a color wheel including a plurality of color filters arranged so as to form a disk, and a retainer member disposed at a center of the disk and formed into a C-ring defining an open mouth portion through which an area of one color filter is exposed. Also, there is provided a color wheel assembly which incorporates the color wheel described above, and which further includes a motor to rotate the color wheel, and a rotational position detector to optically detect a rotational position of the color wheel. Detection light emitted from the detector is set to fall incident on the C-ringed retainer member while the color wheel is rotated thus intermittently impinging on the open mouth portion, namely on the one color filter, which causes the detection light reflected thereby to come out with two different intensities that are sensed by the detector.

    摘要： A color wheel includes lens structures, which are formed on a surface of a substrate opposite to a surface having filter sectors, and which have curved surfaces formed at their abutting ends and positioned along a boundary between adjacent filter sectors. Light impinging on an area of the substrate corresponding to the boundary is deflected due to one of the curved surfaces so as to be surely guided into one of the adjacent filter sectors and to be duly dispersed into a predetermined color, whereby light can be efficiently utilized.
