摘要： Provided is a technique for improving frequency characteristics by an acoustics-related method so that a sound is heard with natural frequency characteristics when a sound-isolating earphone is fitted in a human ear. A sound-isolating earphone is provided with two or more electroacoustic transducers, wherein independently generated sound waves are passed through isolated sound leading pipes and are mixed just before an entrance of an external auditory canal, and a sound wave of which is twice the difference between path lengths of the two sound leading pipes is attenuated. This serves to provide an easy-to-hear improved sound quality by suppressing the sound wave at around 6 kHz that is transmitted with characteristically high intensity in a sound-isolating earphone.

摘要： An ear speaker device includes an electroacoustic transducer including a housing mounted at a predetermined position of listener's head, a speaker unit mounted on one surface in the housing, and positioned away from an entrance of the listener's external acoustic meatus for a predetermined distance when the housing is mounted on the listener's head, and a tubular duct extended so as to allow a sound generated by the housing in the inner space thereof to reach the vicinity of the entrance of the listener's external acoustic meatus, and a hole for emitting sound of the duct is oriented to the opposite direction with respect to the entrance of the external acoustic meatus; and a mounting part used for mounting the electroacoustic transducer on the listener's head in a manner that the predetermined distance is provided between the speaker unit and the entrance of the listener's external acoustic meatus.

摘要： A speaker system has a first baffle (2) supporting a first speaker unit for producing sounds in a first frequency range (low frequencies), at least one second baffle (27L), (27R) supporting a second speaker unit for producing sounds in a second frequency range which is higher than the first frequency range (middle and/or high frequencies), the second baffles (27L), (27R) being smaller than the first baffles (2). The second baffle (27L), (27R) are spaced a predetermined distance from the first baffle (2). The speaker system has a reduced baffle effect, and increases direct sounds radiated directly from the speaker units, as compared with indirect sounds radiated backwards from a baffle, thereby improving frequency characteristics in the middle frequencies and providing excellent sound image localization.
