摘要： A manufacturing method for an electric motor rotor includes: a stacking process in which a plurality of iron core pieces are stacked to form a laminated iron core; a magnet insertion process in which a permanent magnet is inserted into a magnet insertion hole provided in the laminated iron core; a resin filling process in which the laminated iron core is heated to fill the magnet insertion hole with a molten resin for magnet fixation; and a rotary shaft assembly process in which a rotary shaft is warm-fitted into a rotary shaft insertion hole of the laminated iron core utilizing residual heat from the heating of the laminated iron core 10 in the resin filling process.

In order to solve such a problem, it is an object to provide a pulse modulator, which outputs a modulated pulse wave with narrow pulse width and a pulse wave radar device, which can output a modulated pulse wave with narrow pulse width. In order to achieve this operation, the pulse modulator and the pulse wave radar device of the present invention differentiate a pulse from a pulse generating circuit so as to generate a differentiated wave with narrow width, and switch an oscillated wave from an oscillating circuit according to the differentiated wave so as to output a modulated pulse wave with narrow pulse width.

摘要： An inkjet recording apparatus having: a recording head including a nozzle row jetting ultraviolet curable ink on a substrate; and an LED light source including a plurality of LEDs disposed in the direction of the nozzle row, being electrically series-connected, and irradiating an ultraviolet light on ink having been jetted onto the substrate, wherein a total illuminance of two adjacent LEDs of the LED light source on a surface of the substrate is larger than an illuminance required for curing of the ink at an entire area of a section between each two adjacent LEDs, and a maximum of the total illuminance is set to be illuminance less than two times of a minimum of the total illuminance in the section between each two adjacent LEDs.

It also includes a control section for controlling the maintenance unit so as to be converted to a masking state which becomes a head maintenance disabling state when an image is formed, and for controlling the maintenance unit so as to be converted to a non-masking state which becomes a head maintenance enabling state after securing a non-irradiating state in which the ultraviolet rays are not irradiated on the maintenance unit, by a function provided by a unit other than the maintenance unit when the head maintenance is performed.

摘要： An in-vehicle pulse wave radar device is required to detect an object in a wide range of several tens of centimeters to several tens of meters and therefore the receiving circuit requires an amplification circuit having a wide dynamic range covering the receiving pulse waves of both a large signal level and a small signal level. The pulse wave radar device according to the invention controls the amplification degree of the receiving circuit downward at the time of measuring an object at a short distance immediately after transmission of the transmitting pulse wave and upward with time for measuring an object at a long distance by increasing the amplification degree of the receiving circuit progressively with the elapse of time after transmission of the transmitting pulse wave.
