Abstract:
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a conveying path, a discharge port, a stacking portion, a manual setting portion, a binding device which binds a sheet bundle formed by the stacking portion and a sheet bundle set at the manual setting portion by a staple, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle at a rear side of the apparatus in a width direction, and a second regulating portion which regulates a position of the sheet bundle in the conveying direction. The binding device is formed to be movable back and forth to a front side and the rear side of the apparatus. When a staple is replenished to the binding device, the binding device is positioned at the third position so that a cartridge of the staple is loaded into the binding device from the front side of the apparatus.
Abstract:
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion; a conveying path for sheets conveyed by the conveying portion; a stack portion where sheets discharged from the conveying path are stacked; a first binding portion moving in a crossing direction crossing the conveying direction; a first regulating portion regulating a position of a sheet bundle stacked on the stack portion; a first guide member guiding the first regulating portion; a second regulating portion regulating a position of a sheet bundle on the stack portion in the crossing direction; a second guide member guiding the second regulating portion; a third regulating portion regulating a position of a sheet bundle on the stack portion in the conveying direction; and a second binding portion binding a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple. The first binding portion binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle by a staple.
Abstract:
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a first stack portion on which sheets conveyed are stacked, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle in a crossing direction crossing to the sheet transport direction, a second regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle in the conveying direction, a first binding portion binding a corner portion of the sheet bundle by a staple, a second binding portion which binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple, a second stack portion which stacks a sheet bundle discharged from the first stack portion, and a lifting-lowering motor which lifts and lowers the second stack portion. The lifting-lowering motor is located at a downstream, in the conveying direction, of a first binding position where the first binding portion binds a sheet bundle.
Abstract:
The sheet processing apparatus includes a sheet-discharge fan that blows air downward of a sheet-discharged by an upper sheet-discharge roller, and a control portion configured to control an air velocity of air blown from the sheet-discharge fan according to a basis weight of the sheet. In the case where the basis weight of the sheet is a predetermined value or less, the control portion increases the air velocity of the sheet-discharge fan according to the basis weight of the sheet based on basis weight information from an input portion for inputting the basis weight information of the sheet. The control portion also controls the air velocity of the sheet-discharge fan to be a velocity at which the sheet whose rear edge contacts the sheet-stacking wall does not move in a sheet-discharge direction in the case where the basis weight of the sheet exceeds the predetermined value.
Abstract:
A cutting apparatus configured to cut a sheet or a sheet bundle includes a cutting blade whose blade surface has a plurality of grooves. In the cutting apparatus, a scraping member enters the grooves provided on the blade surface to scrape off cutting scraps remaining after a cutting operation. Accordingly, the cutting apparatus can scrape off cutting scraps from the cutting blade even if the adhesive force of the cutting scraps is great.
Abstract:
A stacker includes a sheet discharging portion constituted by a discharging belt and an extension roller that is in contact with the discharging belt. The position of the extension roller is changeable along the discharging belt. This means that, in the stacker, the position from which a sheet is discharged is changeable to a desired position in accordance with the sheet length by changing the position of the extension roller. Therefore, it is possible to stack sheets at a desired position on stacker trays, enabling the user to easily carry the stacked sheets from the stacker.
Abstract:
A sheet processing apparatus capable of improving sheet processing performance and productivity is provided. While sheets are conveyed in a piled state toward a rear-end stopper, displacement is produced between the sheets by a pair of discharge rollers. Even if adhesion occurs between the sheets during conveyance thereof, the adhesion between the sheets can be removed before the sheets come into contact with the rear-end stopper.
Abstract:
A sheet stacking apparatus includes a gripper configured to discharge a sheet, a plurality of stacker trays arranged in a row and configured to stack the discharged sheet, and a guiding unit configured to guide the discharged sheet to a predetermined position. The plurality of stacking trays are horizontally arranged so that a large number of sheets can be stacked without increasing the size of the sheet stacking apparatus.
