    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for sending information, a method for receiving information, an apparatus and a system, herein the method for sending information includes the following steps: a sending end using Downlink Control Information (DCI)/Uplink Control Information (UCI) to describe information about time that an unlicensed carrier is occupied; and the sending end sending the DCI/UCI information through an licensed carrier or the unlicensed carrier. Through the present document, the problem of how to enable base stations to mutually inform about an occupation situation of the unlicensed carrier is solved, the coordination and utilization of the unlicensed carriers in a wireless communication system are facilitated the utilization rate of the unlicensed carriers is improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for determining a Listen Before Talk (LBT) mode, as well as a method for LBT mode switching. The method includes: determining (100) an LBT mechanism and/or an LBT mechanism parameter set based on related indication information and/or priority information and/or measurement information; and performing (101), by a transmitting device, contention-based channel access based on the determined LBT mechanism and/or LBT mechanism parameter set. With the present disclosure, an LBT mode can be determined. With the selection of the LBT mode, it is possible to avoid waste of channel resources and indication information due to an improper LBT mode, thereby improving an efficiency of contention-based channel access.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a configuration method for implementing air interface synchronization including that: a network side determines the number of layers to which cells are divided in an Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) manner or by a specified node, configures a monitoring subframe position for air interface synchronization to the cells of each determined layer, and sends or configures the number of layers and information of the monitoring subframe position configured for the cells of each layer; or, the network side determines a source cell configurable to be monitored by a local cell for air interface synchronization in the OAM manner, configures cell information corresponding to the source cell and configures the cell information to be the local cell; or, the specified node determines a source cell configurable to be monitored by a local cell for air interface synchronization, configures cell information corresponding to the source cell, and sends the cell information as the local cell.     Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for reducing the power consumption of wireless communications devices are disclosed. In one aspect, a wireless communication method is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a wireless device from a network device, indication information on a control channel. The method further includes determining, by the wireless device, validity of the indication information based on a high layer signaling or predefined information, and applying, in a case that the indication information is determined to be valid, a power saving parameter based on the indication information.
