Disclosed are an encoding processing method and device, a decoding processing method and device, an encoder and a decoder. The encoding processing method includes: determining a filtering process to be applied to a pixel in a prediction reference block for an encoding block; filtering the pixel in the prediction reference block according to the filtering process; constructing a pixel prediction value for the encoding block according to a filtered pixel sampling value in the prediction reference block; and encoding the encoding block according to the pixel prediction value.

Provided is an encoding and decoding method and device for data compression. The encoding method includes: adaptively selecting a constrained string mode from a plurality of preset constrained string modes; and performing, according to the selected constrained string mode, string-matching encoding on a coding block to obtain information of a constrained string encoded in the selected constrained string mode and to obtain a bitstream of a syntax element of the constrained string encoded in the selected constrained string mode.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides picture encoding and decoding methods, picture encoding and decoding devices as well as a decoder and an encoder. The picture decoding method includes: parsing a video bitstream to obtain candidate reshaping parameters from a picture-layer and/or slice-layer data unit of the video bitstream, and determining a reshaping parameter used for reshaping a reconstructed picture according to the obtained candidate reshaping parameters; and reshaping the reconstructed picture by using the reshaping parameter. The reconstructed picture is a picture obtained by decoding the video bitstream before performing the reshaping. The picture-layer and/or slice-layer data unit includes at least one of the following data units: a picture-layer parameter set and/or a slice-layer parameter set different from a picture parameter set (PPS), a parameter data unit which are included in an access unit (AU) corresponding to the reconstructed picture, slice header and a system-layer picture parameter data unit.

A device capability negotiation method includes receiving, by a first device, a multilayer video data request sent by a second device, and sending, by the first device, response information to the second device. The response information includes at least one of the following information types: decoding capability information needed for decoding a multilayer video code stream, decoding capability information needed for decoding various layers in the multilayer video code stream, and decoding capability information needed for decoding different output layer combinations in the multilayer video code stream. Provided are a domain name resolution method, a DNS cache server and a final DNS server. In the method, a DNS cache server establishes a connection with a final DNS server according to address information of the final DNS server, and acquires information of all domain name records about a predetermined domain name from the final DNS server, to determine a domain name resolution result of the predetermined domain name according to the information of all the domain name records about the predetermined domain name, wherein the information of all the domain name records about the predetermined domain name is a correlation between the predetermined domain name and different IP addresses. By virtue of the technical solution, a DNS cache server can determine a domain name resolution result according to a current link condition.

A business scheduling method and apparatus and a convergence device are provided. The method is applied to a convergence device comprising a CDN business unit providing a content delivery service and a network business unit providing network access and bearing services, wherein the CDN business unit comprises a business processor and an internal storage device, and the CDN business unit is connected to an external storage device. The method comprises: dividing and allocating business processor resources and storage resources in the CDN business unit into multiple business service unit groups, and when the CDN business unit receives an application visit request from a user, scheduling the application visit request to one business service unit group according to the attribute of the user, the visited content, the application type or the source IP address and/or port number.
