摘要: The present invention provides an electric circuit breaker that quickly breaks current in a wide current range up to a relatively low current as well as a relatively high current. An electric circuit breaker 600 that includes a housing 300, a cut portion 400 that is disposed in the housing 300 and constitutes a part of an electric circuit, a first power source P that is disposed on a side of a first end portion 320 of the housing 300, and a moving body 500 that moves in the housing 300 between the first end portion 320 and a second end portion 330 opposite to the first end portion 320, the electric circuit breaker including a fuse function portion 700 that includes a fusion portion 740 and an arc-extinguishing material 730, wherein the moving body 500 is configured to cut a cut piece 420 positioned between base pieces 430 on both sides of the cut portion 400 at a part of the moving body 500 while moving from the first end portion 320 toward the second end portion 330 by the first power source P, in a case where a current to be broken is low, the fuse function portion 700 and the cut portion 400 are not connected, the moving body 500 is moved toward the second end portion 330 by the first power source P to cut the cut piece 420 positioned between the base pieces 430 on both sides of the cut portion 400 to break a state where the base pieces 430 on both sides of the cut portion 400 are energized, and in a case where the current to be broken is high, the fuse function portion 700 and the cut portion 400 are connected to each other, the moving body 500 is moved toward the second end portion 330 by the first power source P to cut the cut piece 420 positioned between the base pieces 430 on both sides of the cut portion 400 to break the state where the base pieces 430 on both sides of the cut portion 400 are energized.

摘要: The present invention provides a multiple fuse device that is compatible with various ratings and reduces an increase in manufacturing cost. A multiple fuse device includes an input terminal, an external terminal, a bus bar that includes a circuit portion disposed between the input terminal and the external terminal, and a housing that covers the bus bar. The external terminal includes an integral external terminal integrated with the circuit portion with a fusible portion interposed between the integral external terminal and the circuit portion, and a fuse-side external terminal that pairs up with a fuse connection terminal connected to the circuit portion. The fuse connection terminal and the fuse-side external terminal provided in a pair hold a fuse exteriorly in a removable manner, the fuse having a fusible portion connected between the fuse connection terminal and the fuse-side external terminal.

摘要: The invention in this application aims to provide a multipolar fusible link in which its lateral width can decrease while its entire height does not increase. A multipolar fusible link (100) includes: an input terminal (110); a bus bar (120) through which an electric current input from the input terminal (110) flows; and a plurality of terminals (140) connected to the bus bar (120) via fusible sections (130). By changing a shape of a lower edge (122) of the bus bar (120) to which the fusible sections (130) are connected, a width between the lower edge (122) and an upper edge (121) positioned opposite the lower edge (122) is changed in accordance with the fusible sections (130) connected to the lower edge (122). In addition, shapes of the fusible sections (130) connected to the lower edge (122) are changed so that their lateral widths decrease.

摘要: Disclosed is a highly durable blade fuse for which a fused site in a narrow section and the rated current are determined in conformity with its design and the temperature of which does not increase greatly when a current flows through it. A blade fuse according to the present invention includes terminal sections (A, B) and a connection section (1), which are made of the same metal base material that is zinc or a zinc alloy. Furthermore, a low-melting-point metal piece (3), made of tin, which has an outer size identical or similar to a width of the connection section (1) is melted and stuck on at least one surface of the connection section (1) outside the fused section (2), and is positioned to partially traverse an edge of the fused section (2) or not to traverse the edge but to be adjacent to the edge.
