摘要： An automatic cleaning and hair-removing slanted brush contains: a bristle holder, a comb plate and a reciprocating moving plunger. The bristle holder includes a fixed bristle surface and an opposite back side. The comb plate includes a row of bristle holes corresponding to the bristles. The middle part of the bristle holder includes through holes. The comb plate has connecting rods parallel to the bristles. Each connecting rod has a first buckle structure. The ends of the connecting rods are attached to the second buckle structures on the reciprocating moving plunger after passing through the through holes, so the reciprocating moving plunger and the comb plate are fixed. The bristles of the automatic cleaning and hair-removing slant brush are fixed on a slanted angle to the fixed bristle surface. The bristles have an inclined angle with the fixed bristle surface, so that its strength when brushing pet hairs is re-enforced.

摘要： A method and system providing farm decision support relating to individual animals in a herd in a farm environment includes a brush station having a reader configured to remotely register, via identification devices, an identity of each animal visiting the brush station responsive to a detection unit detecting a repositioning of the brush from a neutral position resulting from an animal pushing against the brush. The reader unit has a detection range within which identity data can be read out from the identification device of each animal. In response to a detected repositioning of the brush, the reader unit registers the identity data from a first detected identification device within the detection range, and forwards the identity data to a processing unit via an output interface. The processing unit stores registered data representing animal visits to the brush station as decision support data.

The cap-applicator can have an internal piercing tip capable of piercing the reservoir when the assembly is converted into an active configuration. Projections can be provided, in the form of fins on a tube or a multi-prong structure with straight or curved projections. The tips of one or more projections can include dispensing ports or the ports can be recessed from the distal tip, such as in a notch, so as not to be obstructed if the distal tip of the cap is pressed against an animal to dispense the fluid.

摘要： Livestock insect removal systems and related methods are disclosed. According to one aspect, a system can comprise a structure defining a pathway for passage of livestock. The system can also comprise a duct including first and second ends defining first and second openings, respectively. The first opening is positioned along the pathway such that the livestock moving through the pathway passes near the first opening. Further, the system comprises a vacuum device connected to the second opening and configured to draw air through the duct and away from an area surrounding the first opening such that one or more insects are displaced from the livestock or an area surrounding the livestock when the livestock passes near the first opening. The displaced insects can be drawn into the duct for placement in an insect trap.
