Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed including a punching bag and at least a first force sensitive device attached to the punching bag. The apparatus may also include a computer processor, and a display device. The first force sensitive device communicates with the computer processor so that when a sufficient force contacts the first force sensitive device, a signal is sent from the first force sensitive device to the computer processor. The computer processor may be programmed to cause a first image to be displayed on the display device in response to a sufficient force contacting the first force sensitive device.

Abstract: A horizontal bar includes two side supports, a top bar, and a swing member. The side supports are provided at upper ends with two symmetrical locating holes, through which two outer ends of the top bar are extended to thereby connect the top bar to the side supports. The swing member includes horizontally paralleled upper and lower bars connected to each other via a plurality of connecting plates vertically extended between the upper and lower bars. The upper bar is a hollow tubular member put around the top bar, and the lower bar is covered with a sleeve. Abstract: The system includes a tall, open, multi-sided framework having a number of laterally spaced, upright legs that are interconnected by overhead structure in the form of elongated beams. The beams are located above normal human height so as to avoid interference with activities conducted within the open space defined by the framework. A number of trolley-like hangers are adjustably moveable along at least certain of the overhead beams for the purpose of suspending training devices such as kick bags or the like down into the space. Abstract: A martial arts training device (20) for a punching bag (500) having an outer surface (502) includes a covering (22) which is attachable to a portion of the outer surface of the punching bag. The covering is fixedly attached to the punching bag by one or more connectors (24). One or more arms (32) are connected to the covering in a rigid fashion, so that when a martial arts blow is delivered to the arm, the arm does not move with respect to the punching bag. Rather, the force of the blow is transferred from the arm to the punching bag causing the punching bag to move, as would a martial arts opponent.
