摘要: The present invention relates to a heater core and an air conditioner for an automobile equipped with the same, in which an amount of cooling water introduced into the heater core can be adjusted based on a temperature set by a user, thereby increasing a cooling and heating efficiency.The heater core comprises first and second tanks 210 and 220 which are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance; inlet pipe 211 and outlet pipe 212 which are respectively connected to the first tank 210 or second tank 220 and through which cooling water is introduced and discharged; a plurality of tubes 230 of which both ends are respectively fixed between the first and second tanks 210 and 220; a fins 250 which are provided between the tubes 230; a cooling water introduction part 330 which is formed at one side of the inlet pipe 211 and through which the cooling water is introduced; a bypass line 340 which is also formed at one side of the inlet pipe 211 and through which the cooling water is discharged without passing through the heater core H; and a flow rate adjusting means 300 for adjusting an amount of the cooling water introduced into the heater core H.

摘要: A connecting assembly for coolant lines, in particular for motor vehicle air conditioning systems which are operated with CO2, from a first coupling element that can be connected to a first line end piece, and a further air conditioning circuit component. The first coupling element and the air conditioning circuit component are joined by a screw so that the first line end piece and the air conditioning circuit component are connected to one another by means of one bore each and radially extending sealing faces. A sealing ring is arranged between the faces. A space holder is arranged between the first coupling element and the further air conditioning circuit component. The first line end piece has a radially extending sealing face which is produced by plastic deformation of the line end piece without removing material. The first coupling element has an annular collar which presses the sealing face onto the sealing ring in the mounted state.

摘要: A pipe joint 1 comprises a fitting 10 connected with a hose 2, a flange 20 pressingly holding the fitting 10 inserted into a through hole 21 toward a block 3, a bolt 30 for fixing tightly the flange 20 to the block 3, a metal seal 40 having “C” cross section so as to seal a joined portion of a communication passage 11 and a connection opening 3a externally, and a first and a second O-rings 50, 60 so as to seal a contact portion of the fitting 10 and the block 3. A projecting portion 24 is formed on a lower face 23 of the flange 20, the projection portion 24 is formed at an area opposite to an area where the insertion hole 21 is formed with respect to a center axis of the through hole 21, the project portion 24 projects from other portion of the flange towards the block 3. A tip of the fitting 10 inserted into the through hole 21 projects towards the block 3 from the lower face 23 of the flange 20.

摘要: An air conditioner has an air conditioner casing in which air flows, an evaporator arranged in the air conditioner casing to cool air, an evaporator-side connector which protrudes from the evaporator toward an outer side of the air conditioner casing through an opening thereof, a piping-side connector, and a heat-insulating seal member. The piping-side connector and a refrigerant decompression member are respectively arranged at two ends of a piping group. A surrounding wall member surrounding the evaporator-side connector is erected at the air conditioner casing, so that a surrounding-shaped tip portion thereof projects beyond an end surface of a protrusion side of the evaporator-side connector. The heat-insulating seal member covers a whole area between the surrounding wall member and outer peripheral surfaces of the piping group.

摘要: An automotive air conditioner which is capable of efficiently disposing an internal heat exchanger, and enabling the air conditioner to perform an efficient operation. A thermostatic expansion valve is accommodated in a casing directly connected to the refrigerant outlet of an evaporator. The inlet of the expansion valve and a pipe for receiving high-pressure liquid refrigerant are connected to each other within the casing. The outlet of the expansion valve and the refrigerant inlet of the evaporator are connected to each other within the casing. The internal heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between high-pressure refrigerant delivered to the inlet of the expansion valve and low-pressure refrigerant returning to a compressor is connected between the casing and a pipe joint disposed in a firewall.

摘要: Front side members as a platform member of a vehicle are provided in a vehicle body on a lower side of an engine compartment to extend in a vehicle front-rear direction. A piping arrangement portion such as a piping recess is provided in an inner wall of the front side member in the vehicle front-rear direction. A liquid tube and a suction tube of a refrigerant piping are provided in the piping arrangement portion along the front side member. The liquid tube is for introducing refrigerant to an evaporator in an air conditioning unit provided in a passenger compartment, and the suction tube is for introducing refrigerant from the evaporator to a compressor provided in the engine compartment.

A dash mat is disposed adjacent to the dash. A pipe extends through the dash between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment. A first mounting plate is positioned in the passenger compartment and accepts the pipe through a passage therein. A noise abating material is disposed between the dash and the mounting plate. The noise abating material contacts an outer circumferential surface of the pipe and overlaps a portion of the dash mat in an assembled position.
