    摘要: A powerless diversion plate of a ceiling air-conditioning circulation machine includes a bearing block and a bearing within a circular inflow/outflow hole for installing a diversion disc having a plurality of radial separation pieces. A plurality of conic and ring-shaped diversion pieces are positioned around the connection shaft. The diversion disc is separated by the ring-shaped diversion pieces and the radial separation pieces to create air inflow/outflow zones. The diversion disc has a downward protruding middle part and a staged structure at the rim thereof to form a predetermined shape. This obviates a powered motor, as the radial separation pieces of the diversion disc serve as a working surface, and respond to forced air for causing the diversion disc to be driven in 360° rotation to diffuse air downward or suck air upward in a flowing way, thereby enhancing air-outflowing and convection efficiency and reducing energy consumption and carbon release.

The fluid then leaves the circular cavity via openings at periphery and is passed inwardly toward rotor center via passages, and discharged via opening near rotor center. Fluids may be gases or liquids. The device can be used either as a pump, a compressor, or a turbine as desired.

    摘要: A two-stage diffuser is disclosed which is intended to be used with a high pressure ratio centrifugal compressor. The first stage comprises a vaneless diffuser passage having rotating sidewalls that freely turn on bearings mounted coaxially with the compressor rotor. The second stage comprises a stationary vaned-type diffuser. In combination, the two stages provide a compact diffuser having improved efficiency. Gas flow leaving the compressor from the periphery of the impeller at supersonic speed contacts the moving sidewalls of the rotary diffuser stage. By having these walls travel at nearly half the speed of the impeller, relative difference in speed between the gas and the walls is subsonic, hence, no shock wave occurs. Expansion of the gas in the first rotary diffuser stage makes it possible to deliver subsonic gas to the vaned second stage.

    摘要: A centrifugal compressor having a relatively low flow rate of less than 400 cfm at 4-6 psi comprises a housing enclosing a backward-bladed shaft mounted, motor driven impeller. The impeller blades have the configuration of air foils gradually increasing in width from their inlet tip to a point beyond the mid-length and then decreasing in width toward their discharge tip to define air flow channels between adjacent blades and the width of the channels increases linearly from the inlet end to the discharge end as a function of the channel length. The blades have a flat upper surface covered with a diffuser plate. The air flow channels discharge into a diffusion chamber which communicates with an annular pressure chamber surrounding the air inlet to the compressor, the walls of the pressure chamber defining an air nozzle to the air inlet. Auxillary vanes are positioned in the discharge end of the air flow channels.
