摘要: An electrical junction block mounting assembly includes a cantilever beam formed on an outer wall of the junction block and is provided with a transversely extending channel for engagement with a support structure. The cantilever beam is attached to the junction block by means of a resilient hinge section and is provided with a first arm section extending between the hinge section and the channel and a second arm section extending beyond the channel. The first arm section has a sloping surface sloping away from the outer wall between the hinge section and the channel, and the second arm section has a sloping surface sloping toward the wall beyond the channel. The sloping surfaces will contact a mounting rail or similar support structure during installation of the junction block thereby deflecting the hinged cantilever beam until the rail is in alignment with the channel for engagement with the structural support member.

摘要: A carrier rail housing comprises: a carrier rail receiving opening into which the holding legs of a carrier rail are insertable; a locking mechanism to secure the holding legs in a desired mounting position and comprising locking slides to interlock with the carrier rail housing in a locking position; a plug-in contact element arranged inside the carrier rail housing to face the carrier rail receiving opening; and a bus connector into which plug-in contacts of the plug-in contact element are insertable, the bus connector being connectable to a plug-in contact element of at least one additional carrier rail housing, wherein each of the locking slides comprises a first end that comprises a holding section that extends in sections into the carrier rail receiving opening in the locking position, so that the bus connector is secured between the holding sections of the locking slides and the plug-in contact element.

摘要: A support is configured to be attached to and supported by a surface and to a channel running from the first end to the opposing second end of the support. The support carries a first magnetic electrical connector in a first end of the channel and a second magnetic electrical connector, wired to the first, in the opposing, second end of the channel. The first magnetic electrical connector is in electrical connection with the second magnetic electrical connector via at least one electrical conductor. An electrical current applied to the first magnetic electrical connector is conveyed by that electrical conductor to the second magnetic electrical connector. Wiring is directed through holed in the support to access points in the outer surface of the support where the user may access electrical current for operating appliances, charging batteries, and passing digital information. The supports may be decorative molding such as baseboards, crown molding, and chair rails.
