    摘要: A carrier rail housing comprises: a carrier rail receiving opening into which the holding legs of a carrier rail are insertable; a locking mechanism to secure the holding legs in a desired mounting position and comprising locking slides to interlock with the carrier rail housing in a locking position; a plug-in contact element arranged inside the carrier rail housing to face the carrier rail receiving opening; and a bus connector into which plug-in contacts of the plug-in contact element are insertable, the bus connector being connectable to a plug-in contact element of at least one additional carrier rail housing, wherein each of the locking slides comprises a first end that comprises a holding section that extends in sections into the carrier rail receiving opening in the locking position, so that the bus connector is secured between the holding sections of the locking slides and the plug-in contact element.

    摘要: A device for open-loop control or closed-loop control of a technical installation has a first backplane module, a second backplane module and a third backplane module which are configured to be positioned side by side on a mounting rail in a longitudinal direction. The first backplane module has a first main body and a first contact part. The second backplane module has a second main body and a second contact part. The third backplane module has a third main body and a third contact part. The main bodies each have an upper side comprising insertion openings which are configured to receive electrical contacts of separate electronic modules. The contact parts form a bus line in the longitudinal direction such that plugged-in electronic modules can be electrically coupled to one another by means of the contact parts. The second main body further has a receptacle, in which the second contact part is arranged in one of at least two defined variants. In a first variant, the second contact part has an electrically conductive connection to the first contact part and to the third contact part. In a second variant, the second contact part has an electrically conductive connection to the third contact part, but not to the first contact part.

    摘要: A coupling unit for an industrial control system has two module connections for making electrical contact with control modules, a field connection for making electrical contact with an industrial field device, a data transmission medium for the transmission of communication data, and a signal transmission medium for the transmission of field signals. Each of the two module connections comprise electrical contact elements which form a communication signal region and a field signal region. Contact elements of the communication signal regions of each of the two module connections are connected in an electrically conductive manner to the data transmission medium, and contact elements of the field signal regions of each of the two module connections are connected to the field connection via the signal transmission medium.

    摘要: Modular automation system and method are disclosed. A central automation device can be constructed and upgraded using one of a plurality of selectable and variously upgradable baseboards. The automation device can be upgraded using one of a plurality of central units which have uniform external dimensions yet differing data processing power and data storage capacities. At least one input/output expansion device can be directly coupled onto the central unit. Each of the selectable baseboards has a field bus connection interface for a standard field bus connection to a decentral input/output unit.

    摘要: A mounting rail bus system for supplying power voltage and data signals to a plurality of modules, including a plurality of longitudinally-arranged bus devices mounting the modules in parallel spaced transverse relation on a mounting rail, each of the bus devices including a printed circuit board having parallel strip conductors for transmitting data signals, and a pair of power contact pins for transmitting a power voltage, characterized by the provision of a plurality of generally L-shaped double bushing contact elements have module bush segments for respectively connecting the strip conductors and the contact pins of the bus device with the associated module, and orthogonally arranged partner bush segments for connecting together the strip conductors and pin contacts of adjacent bus devices, respectively, whereby power voltage and data signals are transmitted from the bus device both to the associated module and to the adjacent partner bus device.
