    摘要: A fastening device for fastening add-on parts on carrier components has a plug-in locking device, for locking to a carrier component, and a releasable rotary locking device, spaced apart axially from the plug-in locking device and intended for locking to an add-on part. The rotary locking device has an axial supporting element and at least one locking wing, spaced apart axially from the supporting element and extending away radially from a shank of the fastening device. The supporting element and the at least one locking wing have axial locking surfaces, located axially opposite one another. The axial locking surface of the supporting element is arranged axially between the locking wing and the plug-in locking device. The rotary locking device also has a rotary locking stop, which delimits the rotating-in and/or rotating-out action.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a security-locking device for a winch keyhole, including a housing, a main body and an elastic component. The housing includes an accommodation space, a top surface, a bottom surface, an engagement aperture and a notch. The engagement aperture is embedded in the top surface, the engagement aperture communicates with the accommodation space, the accommodation space passes through the bottom surface, and the notch is disposed between the top surface and the bottom surface. The main body is accommodated in the accommodation space, and includes a receiving seat. The elastic component is sandwiched between the housing and the main body, and includes a fixed portion and an elastic portion. The fixed portion is accommodated within the receiving seat, and the elastic portion is exposed outside the housing through the notch corresponding thereto. When the hosing is placed into the winch keyhole, the winch keyhole is not exposed.

    摘要: An attachment system to attach two parts to one another. The system includes a first part having a resiliently deformable hook and a second part includes a housing. The hook configured to be engaged in the housing so as to co-operate therewith by a reversible snap-fitting to mechanically bond the first and second parts together. The attachment system further includes a locking element which can be moved between a locking position, in which it opposes any deformation of the hook that would allow the hook to leave the housing, and a release position, in which it enables a deformation of the hook to allow the hook to leave the housing.

    摘要: An extruded integrated fastener assembly comprising a plurality of fasteners cut to length from an extruded length of material. Unwanted areas of material are cut away leaving the individual fasteners, which fasteners are also connected together by an expanse of material that remains. The fastener assembly can be single durometer or double durometer. A profile with retention members and/or leg features are formed in the fasteners for connecting to a predetermined component. The process for manufacturing the extruded integrated fastener assembly includes providing fabrication tooling suitable to cut away the unwanted area between the fasteners. The fasteners are thereby able to be cut to any desired length.

    摘要: A structural supporting bearing is comprised of a flange with a hole in the center and a cylindrical hollow tube. The cylindrical tube section is inserted through an appropriately sized hole in hollow fiberglass plastic tubing. The flange creates a stop for the cylinder against the outer wall of the tube. The length of the cylindrical tube is sized to approximately one-half the cross-section of the tube, so as to allow a similar bearing to be mounted to the other side of the tube. A plurality of other structural members is placed over the flanges as desired. The aforementioned assembly is configured to receive a suitably sized bolt through it and be secured in place with a receiving nut.

    摘要: A connection arrangement includes a first and a second assembly, and an elastically deformable locking element disposed on the first assembly. The locking element is configured to releasably interlock the two assemblies and, during mounting of the two assemblies, to deform into a mounting condition and, after completion of the mounting, to form an undercut which counteracts detachment of the two assemblies. The first assembly has a stop which is movable between an operative position, which assists in maintaining the undercut of the locking element and in which the locking element bears against the stop and/or in which the locking element is deformable against the stop, and a detachment position, in which the stop, in relation to the operative position, is spaced further apart from the locking element and in which the locking element is deformable into a detachment condition for detachment of the two assemblies.

    摘要: A fastener structure includes a head portion, a body portion and an elastic element. The head portion has a shaft section, a press section and a hold-down section. The body portion has a corresponding press section, which is movably assembled to the press section. The elastic element has an end pressed against the press section and another end against the body section, allowing the head portion to move elastically. The body portion can be engaged with an object, and the hold-down section of the head portion can elastically hold down a workpiece against the object or be elastically removed from the workpiece, so as to complete the connection and disconnection of at least two objects to and from one another in a quick and repeatable manner.
