Abstract:
In the rotary pump, a high pressure outer circumference chamber, which is formed around an outer circumference of an outer rotor and communicates with a discharge port, presses radially inward first defined parts among the outer circumference of the outer rotor that are positioned radially outside second defined parts adjacent to teeth gap portions whose volume are largest and smallest among teeth gap portions communicating with an intake port. Teeth top clearance between the outer and inner rotors at the second defined part is reduced due to pressure difference between the discharge pressure applied to the first defined parts and the intake pressure applied to the second defined parts.
Abstract:
An upper die and a lower die are combined. A core for molding a concavity and another core are combined with the combined upper die and the lower die at respective prescribed positions. A core for through-hole molding is constructed by the junction of cores that are severally formed with the upper die and the lower die integrally on the extension line of the central axis of the core for molding a concavity. A through-hole is molded with the core for through-hole molding. A concavity in which a valve mechanism is equipped and a communicating hole through which the concavity communicates with the through-hole are molded with the core for molding a concavity. The core for through-hole molding includes an impact hole, in which a tip of the core for molding a concavity is impacted.
Abstract:
A master cylinder includes a cylinder housing having a rearwardly opening inner bore, a piston having a forwardly opening bore positioned in the inner bore of the cylinder housing, a spring disposed in the inner bore of the piston, a stopper supporting a front end of the spring, a retainer disposed in the inner bore of the piston and supporting a rear end of the spring, and a rod connecting the retainer and the stopper while allowing the spring to compress in the axial direction. A plurality of projection portions are formed on the outer circumferential portion of the retainer and the retainer is pressed into the inner bore of the piston via the projection portions.
