    摘要: An automatic water handling device of an air compressor includes a barrel and a pneumatic cylinder. The barrel has an interior space in which a division board formed with through holes is mounted to define a first chamber in which a desiccant agent is disposed and a second chamber. The barrel has a gas outlet opening connected with a gas accumulation tank. The second chamber has a gas inlet opening to receive compressed air. An electromagnetic valve is in connection with the second chamber and is connected to a timer for activation at predetermined time points by the timer to drive the pneumatic cylinder to open a control valve to drain off water removed from compressed air.

    摘要: An electricity generation system includes a pneumatic generator, an air compressor, a battery module, a control module, a gas ejection module, an output circuit, a loopback circuit, and a switch. The control module controls the battery module to supply power to the air compressor, so that the air compressor is activated to generate and store compressed air in the gas cylinder. The control module controls the gas ejection module to allow the compressed air stored in the gas cylinder to enter the pneumatic generator so that the pneumatic generator generates electrical energy. The output circuit is connected to the pneumatic generator and the device to be powered. The loopback circuit connects the pneumatic generator and the battery module. The electrical energy generated by the pneumatic generator supplies the power supply device or is stored in the battery module when the switch is turned on by the control module.

    摘要: A compressed-air supply system for operating a pneumatic installation includes a reservoir, a number of bellows, a pressure-air feed to which a charging assembly having a compressor is connected on a pressure-medium feed side, a pressure-air connection to the pneumatic installation, a venting connection to the environment, a pneumatic main line between the pressure-air feed and the pressure-air connection, a vent line between the pressure-air feed and the venting connection and a changeover valve associated with the pressure-air feed and configured to be controlled by pressure air in such a way that the pressure-air feed is open or can be opened via the changeover valve to the main line. A flow pressure at the pressure-air feed can be generated by the charging assembly to the main line.

    摘要: A device is provided for predicting the remaining lifetime of a component in a compressed air supply system for a vehicle. This device includes a memory unit for a value related to the degradation of the component, at least one first input for a usage quantity which is a measure for the operating time and/or number of operating cycles of the component and/or for the amount of compressed air delivered by the compressed air supply system, at least one second input for at least one state variable which is a measure for at least one vehicle and/or air supply operation condition or environmental condition. It also includes an evaluation unit that is configured to combine the usage quantity and the state variable into a lifetime decrement value that is a measure for the degradation of the component caused by the usage according to the usage quantity, and update the value in the memory unit according to this lifetime decrement value.
