摘要: A tail-rotor vibration dampener system for an aircraft is provided. The system includes a fuselage and an open rotor assembly including a powerplant and a set of rotor blades. The system further includes at least one actuator unit connecting the open rotor assembly to the fuselage. The actuator unit includes a hydraulic actuator controlling a position of the open rotor assembly in relation to the fuselage and a dampening device operable to cancel a vibration emanating from the open rotor assembly. The system further includes a computerized vibration dampening controller, including programming to determine a frequency of the vibration emanating from the open rotor assembly and control the dampening device to cancel the vibration emanating from the open rotor assembly based upon the frequency.

An example electro-hydraulic servo-valve includes an inlet to receive a fluid from a reservoir, a torque motor, a chamber, the fluid to return to the reservoir via the chamber, and a flexure tube coupled to the torque motor. At least a portion of the flexure tube is disposed in the chamber. The flexure tube includes a nozzle to deliver the fluid to an actuator. The example electro-hydraulic servo-valve includes a damper operatively coupled to the flexure tube. The damper is disposed in the chamber.

摘要: Example implementations relate to a pressure regulator assembly for a closed fluid loop of a CDU. The pressure regulator assembly has a cylinder having an internal volume, and first and second hollow pistons slidably connected to the cylinder to split the internal volume into a first volume portion having cooling fluid, a second volume portion having driver fluid, and a third volume portion having compressible matter. The first volume portion is fluidically connected to the closed fluid loop. The first hollow piston is reciprocated by the compressible matter to maintain operating pressure of the cooling fluid in the closed fluid loop. The second hollow piston is driven by the driver fluid in response to predefined pressure drop of the cooling fluid during predefined time period, to inject additional cooling fluid from the first volume portion into the closed fluid loop to restore pressure level of cooling fluid to operating pressure.

摘要: A method for controlling a gear pump by a control device to compensate a tooth engagement-induced volume flow pulsation to reduce noise emissions. The method includes acquiring a gear angle and an actual speed of the gear pump; keeping a relationship between a respective modulation angle and an amplitude of a pilot control torque of the gear pump to compensate the volume flow pulsation to an actual speed; modulating the pilot control torque on the basis of the acquired gear angle, a predetermined correction angle, the modulation angle, a number of teeth of the gear pump and the amplitude; and driving the gear pump with a drive torque overlaid with the modulated pilot control torque. The modulation angle is calculated using a PT element with the actual speed as the input variable.

摘要: A soil processing machine includes a hydraulic drive system including an electrohydraulic pressurized fluid source with at least one electric motor and at least one hydraulic drive pump, a hydraulic drive circuit fed with pressurized fluid by the at least one hydraulic drive pump, at least one hydraulic drive motor fed with pressurized fluid from the hydraulic drive circuit, and a discharge valve assembly for discharging fluid from the hydraulic drive circuit to a fluid reservoir. The hydraulic drive system is designed to operate the discharge valve assembly as a function of at least one of the following parameters: a temperature of the fluid in the hydraulic drive circuit, an ambient temperature, a viscosity of the fluid in the hydraulic drive circuit, a degree of contamination of the fluid in the hydraulic drive circuit, a period of time since the last start-up of the hydraulic drive system, a period of time since the last fluid was discharged from the hydraulic drive circuit.

摘要: A damping device, in particular for damping or preventing pressure surges, such as pulsations, in hydraulic supply circuits, preferably in the form of a silencer, has a damping housing (2) encompassing a damping chamber (10). The damping housing (2) has at least one fluid inlet (6) and at least one fluid outlet (8), as well as a fluid receiving chamber extending between the fluid inlet (6) and the fluid outlet (8). During operation of the device, a fluid flow coming from the fluid inlet (6) passes through the damping chamber (10) towards the fluid outlet (8). A wall part of the fluid receiving chamber extends as a guide element (16) in at least one direction of extension transverse to the direction of the fluid flow. In the damping chamber (10), several guide elements (16) are provided, against which guide elements the fluid can flow to alter the flow velocity in certain areas.
