摘要： A weapon firing system including weapon interrogation means is disclosed wherein a weapon control computer (8) provides a signal (at 27) for closing a normally open switch (16) and signals (at 29, 29A, 29B, 29N) for connecting one of a plurality of weapon select relays (18, 18A, 18B, 18N) to the switch. During weapon interrogation, a low level interrogation signal (from 20) is applied through the closed switch and the one relay to a weapon igniter (12, 12A, 12B, 12N) connected to a corresponding weapon (2, 2A, 2B, 2N) to interrogate the availability of the weapon for firing. The igniter provides an impedance indicative of said availability which is sensed by a sensor (28) for providing a signal (E.sub.L) which is applied to the computer for mission programming and display purposes. During weapon firing a fire signal (from 32) is applied through the closed switch and one of the relays connected to the switch to fire the weapon connected to the relay in a firing sequence depending on the availability of the weapons.

摘要： A plurality of weapons are provided with electrically operated firing devices and radio transmitting and receiving equipment which permits each weapon to be fired only when the weapon trigger is depressed and a specific command signal is received by the weapon. A master control unit permits an operator to select necessary conditions which are to be satisfied before giving the command, including numbers of groups and weapons to be employed and numbers thereof which are to be in firing position with triggers depressed. Switching and logic arrangements are disclosed to permit the selection, receive signals from the weapons, recognize satisfaction of the conditions, and give the command simultaneously to all ready weapons.

摘要： A hand-held artillery weapon for aiming a rocket projectile at a desired target by striking the target with rocket darts including a projectile barrel for launching the rocket projectile, a dart barrel mounted on the projectile barrel with the axis of the dart barrel generally parallel to the axis of the projectile barrel, magazine means for supplying an unfired dart to the dart barrel after a dart has been fired, means for retaining the dart in the dart barrel prior to firing of the dart, means for firing a dart retained in the dart barrel, means for retaining a projectile in the projectile barrel prior to firing of the projectile and means for firing the projectile thereby providing an artillery weapon which can be targeted on a desired target by firing as many lightweight and inexpensive rocket darts as necessary to position the projectile barrel in the desired orientation for firing of the rocket projectile.

摘要： An electronic device which senses the velocity of the forwardly accelerating recoilable parts of a soft recoil weapon system and converts it into signals for initiating firing of the weapon and termination of the forward acceleration of the recoilable parts. 摘要： A non-lethal home defense implement in the form of a projectile firing tube for firing a non-lethal type projectile, in which the tube nozzle end has a hand grip portion equipped with a hand operated contact closing member for energizing a target light beam directed in the direction of firing, and the other end of the implement is equipped with a hand grip portion including a trigger for firing the tube. The operator holds one end of the device in either hand and presses the contact closing member with the hand at that end of the implement to energize the contact beam for directing same at the target, with the trigger being actuated by the other hand to fire the implement. The implement electric circuiting is arranged so that both the contact bar and trigger must be depressed to fire the implement.
