摘要: An edge band fine trimming mechanism of an edge banding machine includes a fixed seat, and a lateral feeler wheel, a top feeler wheel set and a scraper, which are disposed on the fixed seat. The lateral feeler wheel is rotatably disposed on the fixed seat. The top feeler wheel set includes a fixing member adjustably disposed on the fixed seat, and first and second top feeler wheels disposed separately, both rotatably disposed on the fixing member and located at a same predetermined height. The scraper is located between the lateral feeler wheel and the top feeler wheel set for trimming an edge of an edge band of a workpiece. Even though the workpiece has a hole, the scraper is positionally maintainable by the top feeler wheel set, that effectively reduces appearance defects of the end edge of the edge band caused in the edge trimming process.

摘要: An automated saw wherein: the automated saw comprises one or more visual sensors, a meat positioning assembly. The automated saw is configured to analyze an uncut meat and calculate one or more cutting depths for one or more cut portions from the uncut meat. The uncut meat comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the uncut meat can be analyzed by the automated saw by: capturing a first slice image of the first end, locating a first bone configuration and a configuration of one or more meat portions in relation to the first bone configuration, and measuring portions of the one or more meat portions to categorize which among one or more cuts of meat is presented at the first end of the uncut meat. The automated saw calculates a first cutting depth for a first meat portion.

摘要: A method for sawing a metal tube (3) or a hollow section is disclosed. The method includes using a band-saw machine, which has a stationary lower saw part (1), having a saw table (2) for securing the metal tube (3) or the hollow section to be sawn, and an upper saw part (4), which is movable in relation to the lower saw part (1) and which has a revolving saw band (5). The revolving saw band (5) penetrates the metal tube (3) or the hollow section via a feed motion (13) of the upper saw part (4), which is performed in relation to the lower saw part (1). For performing a saw cut, the revolving saw band (5) is guided through the metal tube (3) or the hollow section. The feed motion is carried out substantially counter to the force of gravity.
