    摘要: The invention relates to track system having two substantially parallel tracks (6) which are disposed on respective concrete slabs (1) of a fixed track. The slabs (1) comprises a plurality of track supports (2, 2′) for receiving and fastening thereon two parallel rails (5). The top surfaces (3) of the slabs (1) of the two tracks (6) are inclined independent of the a guiding system of the tracks (6) and of the corresponding position of the rail supports (2, 2′) relative to the two outer sides (8) of the track system and form a slope. The invention also relates to a concrete slab of a fixed track, which comprises supports (2, 2′) for the first rail (5) which are higher in relation to the top surface (3) of the slab (1) than the supports (2, 2′) for the second rail (5).

    摘要: A concrete crosstie has a recess for holding a rail securing member engaging beneath a nose in the recess. Upper ends holding the rail down resiliently are loop-shaped, to obtain a low surface pressure at two spaced areas and exact positioning of the rail securing member in the recess. The greatest possible crosstie cross-section is retained in that the recess only partially penetrates the concrete crosstie. The nose lower and side faces and the rail foot support surface are formed by steel reinforcements connected to the concrete.

    摘要: Concrete that exhibits increased flexibility (i.e., low modulus of elasticity) and high compressive strength is described. High aspect ratio structures as may be formed of the concrete are described. Structures formed of the concrete can have the same high compressive strength as similar structures formed from a more conventional concrete but can be significantly more flexible, which can allow for better load distribution in the structure and associated assembly. The concrete includes a weathered granite as coarse aggregate. The materials can be particularly beneficial in forming concrete components of a rail infrastructure, such as railroad ties and slabs.

    摘要: The sleeper block unit (1) for railway track systems consists of a sleeper block (2) and of a sleeper shoe (3) that partly surrounds the sleeper block (2). The sleeper block (2) has a head portion (4) and a base portion (6), the head portion (4) extending beyond the base portion (6) in length and in width, thus forming a step (10). At the upper edge of the sleeper shoe (3), a surrounding, upwardly and outwardly extending sealing lip (14) that lies against the step (10) is arranged. As a result, during vertical movements of the sleeper block (2) in the sleeper shoe (3), the sealing lip (14) is deformed substantially vertically in the elastic range rather than rubbing against an outer wall of the sleeper block as in known sleeper block units. In this manner the sealing lip is subject to reduced wear so that the sealing effect is maintained for a longer period and the sleeper block unit (1) has a longer lifetime.
