    摘要: A panel joiner system includes 2 sets of suction cups couple together through a linear guide to allow the sets of suction cups to move toward each other for joining panels along the edges. A movement mechanism is also coupled to the suction cups to convert a rotational movement to a linear movement of the suction cups. A surface alignment module is coupled to the linear guide to move between the suction cups for aligning the top surface of the panels. Compressible materials or ball bearings can be disposed between the section cups and the linear guide to allow the panel joiner to adjust the panel positions for joining.

    摘要: A composite structure joining system and method comprises a structural panel, preferably but not necessarily fabricated from structural composite materials, that further comprises a nesting C-joint feature that facilitates assembly of a plurality of panels of the invention to form a planar structure such as a wall. An embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of the panels of the invention, joined together using the C joint of the invention, captured in a frame. The frame structural elements may comprise metals such as aluminum or steel, or may be hand laid or extruded fiberglass as described in more detail below. The invention further comprises methods of manufacturing a plurality of structural panels of the invention. The method of the invention may be used to fabricate intermodal shipping containers that have superior structural and thermal characteristics, are lightweight, resulting in lower transportation costs and lower container costs.

    摘要: The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an interlocking, interchangeable wall system allowing for the formation of a plurality of form structures. Each parallel sidewall is embedded with stones or other materials into a composition base on one side. On the opposite side, the sidewalls are embedded with metal lathing and hardware to connect to bracing which connects to the opposing sidewall to form a plurality of structures, including an interlocking block system. Each sidewall interlocks with the panel or block next to it. When connected, the resulting interlocking composite blocks may be used in the construction of walls or other structures. The resulting sidewalls may be used in the decoration of existing construction or other structures. The present invention provides a significant improvement in labor and customization of structures.

The prefabricated wall panels can include a set of conduits pre-installed within the wall panels that enable simplified installation and conduit routing within a building unit or structure. The set of conduits can include electrical conduit, plumbing conduit, HVAC conduit, networking conduit, fire alarm conduit, and fire sprinkler conduit. The prefabricated wall panels can include above-door cavities to assist with structure design and coupling conduits between prefabricated panels. The prefabricated panels can additionally include dual-headed fire sprinklers that enable one fire sprinkler conduit to spray into multiple rooms, reducing the overall number of fire sprinkler conduits required within a structure.

The apparatus includes a shelter, a plurality of first locking mechanisms, and a plurality of second locking mechanisms. The plurality of portable walls surrounds the floor base and defines an interior environment with the floor base. The interior environment is enclosed with the at least one roof panel. The plurality of portable walls is attached onto the floor base with the plurality of first locking mechanisms. Similarly, the plurality of portable walls is attached onto the roof panel with the plurality of second locking mechanisms. The plurality of first locking mechanisms and the plurality of second locking mechanisms each include an inner tube and an outer sleeve.
