摘要： The door system of the present invention includes a mounting frame assembly and a tilt-up door pivotally and slidably mounted within the mounting frame assembly. The door system is installed in a door rough opening as an integral unit, simplifying installation. At least one hydraulic cylinder is utilized to actuate the door between its open and closed positions. A stabilizer including a door component secured to the tilt-up door and a door component secured to the frame assembly are used to stabilize the door when it is in its open position.

摘要： A tilt latch system that comprises an actuator movable from a first position to a second position; a lock-out member movable from a retracted position to an extended position upon movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position; and an engagement member movable from an engaged position to a disengaged position upon movement of the actuator from the first position to the second position is provided. The actuator and the engagement member are maintained in the second and disengaged positions, respectively, when the lock-out member is in the extended position. The actuator and the engagement member are automatically biased to the first position and the engaged position, respectively, upon movement of the lock-out member from the extended to the retracted position. The tilt latch system may further comprise a lock-out device and/or be optionally utilized in a modular configuration.

In an embodiment, an opening angle of the panel with respect to the lower profile in the open position is smaller than 90° or 85°, or not greater than 45°, or is preferably from 10° to 15°. In an example, the panel system further includes a sheet-like immovable panel with an open position.

摘要： A sliding panel structure. The sliding panel structure includes a frame having an upper support track and a lower guide rail. At least one sliding panel is connected between the upper support track and the lower guide rail. The sliding panel includes a sliding panel pivot axis and an extension for riding in the lower guide rail. The extension prevents undesired pivoting of the sliding panel about the sliding panel pivot axis. A mutual attraction device is connected between the sliding panel and the frame with a first mutual attraction part connected to the frame and the second mutual attraction part connected to the sliding panel. A fulcrum is utilized for tilting the sliding panel whenever the first mutual attraction part engages the second mutual attraction part.

When the foldable door closes an opening of the article of furniture, the lever rotates relative to the hook in the direction opposite the first direction about the second rotation shaft while contacting the rear surface of the foldable door.
