摘要: A brake pad may have at least one plate. The plate may be provided with a first slot. The first slot may have a first slot edge adapted to accommodate a first pin. The first slot edge may have a first portion and a second portion, in which the brake pad has a tangential center-of-gravity plane. The first and second portions may be crossed by the tangential center-of-gravity plane so that under a reverse braking condition the brake pad rests against the first pin in at least a first contact point of the first slot. Under a forward braking condition the brake pad rests against the first pin in at least a second contact point of the first slot in which the second contact point of first slot lies in the tangential center-of-gravity plane.

摘要: A brake carrier for receiving brake pads for a disc brake with a brake disc includes a clamping-side bridge strut on a clamping side of the disc brake, and a reaction-side bridge strut on a reaction side of the disc brake arranged parallel to a brake carrier axis. The clamping-side bridge strut and the reaction-side bridge strut are connected together via a first connecting web at a first end of the brake carrier. Also, the clamping-side bridge strut and the reaction-side bridge strut are connected together via a second connecting web at a second end of the brake carrier. The brake carrier has a brake pad receiving side provided with brake carrier horns, and a brake carrier underside.

摘要: A floating disc brake includes a yoke supported to the support in an axially movable manner, the yoke including a pad support portion that supports an outer pad on an axially outer side of the outer pad. The outer pad includes, on its axially outer surface, a pair of pad-side engagement portions formed of an elastic material. The pad support portion has a support hole that is open on at least an axially inner surface of the pad support portion, and the support hole is provided with a pair of yoke-side engagement portions on inner side surfaces of the support hole that face each other in a circumferential direction. The pair of pad-side engagement portions and the pair of yoke-side engagement portions are concavo-convex engaged with each other in the circumferential direction.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an electric disc brake suitable for improving responsiveness. The electric disc brake includes: a rotation linear motion conversion mechanism configured to convert rotational motion of the rotary member into linear motion; a return spring configured to store torque for retreating the piston according to rotation of a rotary member; and a clutch configured to make a transition between a state in which the torque is able to be stored in the return spring and a state in which storage of the torque in the return spring is deterred. The clutch includes: a first disc and a third disc configured to rotate together with the rotary member, and a second disc disposed between the first disc and the third disc. The return spring has one end portion coupled to the caliper body and another end portion coupled to the second disc.

摘要: At least one of a pair of pad springs includes a guide plate portion for guiding an ear portion of a corresponding friction pad in a disc axial direction. The guide plate portion includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a bottom plate apportion. A radially biasing portion is configured to elastically bias the ear portion of the friction pad toward the first plate portion; and a rotational direction biasing portion is configured to bias the friction pad in a rotational direction of a disc. The second plate portion is provided with an open portion at a position shifted inward from a middle position in the disc axial direction. The rotational direction biasing portion includes a main biasing portion configured to bias the friction pad inward in the disc rotational direction, and a sub biasing portion arranged across the open portion away from the main biasing portion.
