摘要: A video camera assembly for a firearm is disclosed. The video camera assembly is attached to the firearm, and has a frame and a controller located on a circuit board inside of the frame. In operative connection with the circuit board is a memory, a video camera, integrated with a lens, that generates video data to be stored on the memory, a microphone that generates audio data to be stored on the memory, and a power supply. A power switch connects power to the controller from the power supply in an on position and disconnects power to the controller in an off position. The video camera generates video data and the microphone generates audio data when the power switch is in the on position.

摘要: A multi-accessory mount assembly for use with a firearm, and methods for coupling the assembly to the firearm are provided. The assembly may include a proximal portion having a lower surface configured to be removably coupled to the firearm and an upper surface configured to be removably coupled to a sub mount. The sub mount may be configured to be removably coupled to a first firearm accessory, e.g., an optic scope, a red dot sight, a reflex sight, a night vision monocular or scope, or a magnifier. The assembly further may include a distal portion extending distally from the proximal portion via a neck portion, such that the distal portion is elevated higher than the proximal portion. An upper surface of the distal portion may be configured to be removably coupled to a second firearm accessory, e.g., an infrared laser or a night vision monocular or scope.

摘要: A firearm front sight post that is comprised of a camera assembly which captures an image or video, or a series of images or videos of what is in front of the firearm at the instant that the firearm is first fired, and at the instant that each and every subsequent shot is fired. 摘要: A method for forming a weapon accessory mounting device to attach to a projectile firing weapon is disclosed. A flexure for receiving a body of the weapon accessory is formed. A pivot portion is formed at a first end of the flexure to attach the flexure to the weapon at a first attachment region. A second attachment portion is formed at a second end of the flexure to attach the flexure to the weapon at a second attachment region. A first aperture is formed in the pivot portion configured to receive a pivot pin. A second aperture in the weapon accessory body receives the pivot pin at a weapon accessory body first end to attach the weapon accessory body first end to the pivot portion. The pivot portion is configured to convert at least a portion of energy of a weapon shock recoil from translational energy to rotational energy.
