摘要: The present invention relates to a sight system incorporating offset optical components. One embodiment is a sight system supporting multiple laser beams that are used simultaneously. As such, an assembly having two clamps is provided. Each clamp can hold a laser on opposite sides of a firearm barrel. The lasers can be diametrically opposed on the barrel wherein the lasers are in plane with a projectile axis. The lasers can project at the same time to bracket the location on the target of where the projectile hit impact. In another embodiment, the assembly, again with two clamps, is adapted for use with a bow, wherein the clamps support lasers that are in plane with the projectile axis. In another embodiment, the optical component is one or more cameras, wherein reticles can be displayed on a screen to bracket a target.

摘要: An electronic target measurement system is disclosed such that the system includes image capture device(s), an access point device, and a user device. Each image capture device acquires a series of successive real-time images of at least one target with a plurality of regions of interest (ROIs). The access point device receives the images and transmits the images to a user device. The user device performs image preprocessing on the images, determines via an image differentiation process that a difference exists between the images, extracts the ROIs and locations of impact (LOIs) from the received image, and determines ROI center points, LOIs within the ROIs, and LOI center points. The user device also determines regional scores based on the distances between the ROI center points the LOI center points, and then a total score by adding the regional scores for the plurality of extracted ROIs.

The image of the area behind the user would also be provided at the same time, by means of the said height and angularly adjustable rear viewing camera, that would either display its image simultaneously in a window of, or on, a split screen on the smart, device's viewing screen, or would provide the image behind the user simultaneously, in its own viewing screen.

摘要: A system for scoring shooting sports includes an adapter that attaches an optical device to a mobile computer programmed to support scoring, analysis, and coaching. The mobile computer includes an image detector to sample images of a target, the images including pre-launch image data sampled before a projectile is launched at the target and post-launch image data sampled after the projectile is launched at the target. The system includes an accelerometer to detect projectile launches and thus distinguish pre-launch and post-launch image data. The mobile computer compares the pre-launch image data and the post-launch image data to locate a point of impact of the projectile on the target. A user interface on the mobile computer indicates the point of impact to the shooter.
