    摘要: A passively and naturally illuminated optical reflex sighting system for a firearm in one embodiment includes a housing configured for detachable coupling to the firearm, an optical lens supported by the housing, a fiber optic element, and a light-transmissible cover enclosing the fiber optic element. The cover and fiber optic element are in visual communication with ambient light which is collected by fiber optic element through the cover. In operation, the fiber optic element absorbs ambient light and generates a reticle on the lens for aiming the firearm. A red or other colored dot reticle may be projected on the lens in some embodiments. No onboard artificial light is used to illuminate the fiber optic element. The housing may include an integrally-formed rear sight which is alignable with a front sight to aim the firearm independently of the fiber optics generated reticle.

    摘要: An adjustable firearm sight includes a body made of a flexible and resilient material. The body includes an elevation arm connected to the body and extending proximally therefrom to a sight portion, where the elevation arm and the body comprise a monolithic structure. A cam body below the elevation arm has a cam surface in contact with a bottom surface of the elevation arm, where the cam body is rotatable to change a vertical position of the sight portion. Also disclosed is a front sight assembly where a sight element is disposed in a longitudinal bore through a sight body. A proximal end of the longitudinal bore has a reduced size. At a distal end, a retention pin is disposed in a retention bore that extends transversely to and intersects the longitudinal bore such that the retention pin occupies the longitudinal bore to retain the sight element.

The attachment may include a top surface having a longitudinal axis and an aiming sight that is parallel with the longitudinal axis, a front surface having a latitudinal axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the front surface including a muzzle aperture, a left surface, a right surface, and a fastening system. The fastening system may include a first mounting aperture of the left surface, a second mounting aperture of the right surface, and a locking pin capable of being positioned in the first mounting aperture and in the second mounting aperture such that the locking pin fastens the attachment to the gun.
    The attachment may be fastened to the gun such that the longitudinal axis is parallel with a longitudinal bore axis of the gun.

    摘要: A rear gunsight rear gunsight connects to a rear of a gun. A front gunsight connects to a front of the gun. The rear gunsight includes a sight longitudinal axis. The rear gunsight and a straight sight line are optimally aligned relative to each other when the sight longitudinal axis is substantially coextensive with said straight sight line. Further when the rear gunsight and straight sight line are optimally aligned, the straight sight line extends through a lens of said rear gunsight and through an end face of an elongated light collector of said rear gunsight. When the straight sight line and rear gunsight are optimally aligned, the straight sight line is also optimally aligned with the front gunsight. Further the straight sight line and a longitudinal axis of the gun barrel extend in side by side parallel relation. When the rear gunsight and the straight sight line are optimally aligned relative to each other, a bright reference point appears in a hollow tube of the rear gunsight. When the straight sight line does not pass through the hollow, the brilliant reference point does not appear to the viewer.
