摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a plurality of capacitor elements that are laminated with each other. The plurality of capacitor elements each include an anode body, a solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode lead-out layer. The anode body is a foil-shaped electric conductor having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface. The anode body includes an anode section, a cathode formation section, and a separation section interposed between the anode section and the cathode formation section. The solid electrolyte layer and the cathode lead-out layer are disposed on both the first and the second main surfaces of the cathode formation section. A first insulating layer is disposed on the first main surface of the separation section. A first capacitor element and a second capacitor element that are adjacent to each other among the plurality of the capacitor elements are stacked so that the first insulating layer in the first capacitor element faces the second main surface of the separation section in the second capacitor element.

摘要: A capacitor assembly that is stable under extreme conditions is provided. A capacitor assembly that is capable of achieving a high capacitance and yet remain thermally and mechanically stable under extreme conditions. Even at high capacitance values, good mechanical stability can be achieved by connecting multiple individual capacitor elements to the housing of the assembly. Without intending to be limited by theory, it is believed that the use of multiple elements increases the surface area over which the elements are connected to the housing. Among other things, this allows the elements to dissipate vibrational forces incurred during use over a larger area, which reduces the likelihood of delamination. The capacitor elements are also enclosed and hermetically sealed within a single housing in the presence of a gaseous atmosphere that contains an inert gas, thereby limiting the amount of oxygen and moisture supplied to the solid electrolyte of the capacitor elements. Through the combination of the features noted above, the capacitor assembly is able to better function under extreme conditions.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a capacitor package structure and an anti-oxidation electrode foil thereof. The anti-oxidation electrode foil includes a base material structure, a first conductive material structure, and a first carbonaceous material structure. The base material structure has a top surface and a bottom surface. The first conductive material structure is disposed on the top surface of the base material structure. The first carbonaceous material structure is disposed on the first conductive material structure. One portion of the first conductive material structure is a first oxygenated metal compound for contacting the first carbonaceous material structure. The first oxygen-containing metal compound layer is disposed between the other portion of the first conductive material structure and the first carbonaceous material structure so as to prevent oxygen from contacting the other portion of the first conductive material structure.
