Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a signal transmission method and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment, an indication signal, where the indication signal is used to indicate resource numbers corresponding to physical resources occupied by one or more control signals, where a resource number corresponding to a physical resource includes time information and frequency information of the physical resource; allocating, by the user equipment according to the resource numbers, one or more physical resources corresponding to the one or more control signals; and sending, by the user equipment, the one or more control signals. With the embodiments of the present disclosure, energy consumption at a receive end can be saved.

Abstract: In the present invention, a network device determines and delivers control information, where the control information includes first subframe information and a first power control manner in which power control is performed in a first subframe corresponding to the first subframe information, and second subframe information and a second power control manner in which power control is performed in a second subframe corresponding to the second subframe information. A user equipment in D2D communication acquires the control information delivered by the network device; transmits, by using the transmit power determined according to the first power control manner, a D2D signal in the first subframe corresponding to the first subframe information; and transmits, by using the transmit power determined according to the second power control manner, a D2D signal in the second subframe corresponding to the second subframe information.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a data transmission method, a base station and user equipment. The method includes: selecting one MCS table from at least two modulation coding scheme MCS tables to determine an MCS, and selecting one TBS table from at least two transport block size TBS tables to determine a TBS, where at least one MCS table of the at least two MCS tables includes an MCS corresponding to 256 quadrature amplitude modulation QAM; and sending service data to user equipment based on the determined MCS and the determined TBS. Frequency spectrum efficiency of the system can be maximized and a system throughput can be improved.
