Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first control signal in a control resource set (CORESET) from a first transmit receive point (TRP), wherein the first control signal includes a set of control channel elements (CCEs) to encode a first portion of a first downlink control information (DCI) message and/or a first portion of a second DCI message. The UE may receive a second control signal in the CORESET from a second TRP, wherein the second control signal includes the set of CCEs to encode a second portion of the first DCI message and/or a second portion of the second DCI message. Abstract: In order to improve the selection of search space candidates for a downlink control channel, an apparatus determines a set of decoding candidates of a lower aggregation level for a downlink control channel based on a random selection from a plurality of potential decoding candidates, wherein the plurality of potential decoding candidates are defined from a second set of decoding candidates of a higher aggregation level. The apparatus then attempts to decode the downlink control channel based on determined sets of decoding candidates of different aggregation levels. The downlink control channel may comprise a PDCCH.

The techniques include a method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE), comprising establishing a plurality of radio links between the UE and a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP, determining an RLM resource of a first radio link of the plurality of radio links, monitoring the first radio link according to the determined RLM resource, detecting an RLF of the first radio link, determining that the first TRP is associated with the RLF of the first radio link based on the RLM resource of the first radio link, and transmitting an RLF notification indicating the RLF of the first radio link.
