Provided are a system, and program for managing devices in a network. A command of a first type to perform device management operations with respect to at least one device in the network is received, wherein the received command is capable of being directed to at least one of a plurality of devices in the network. A determination is made from a first mapping of a network address of the device to which the received command is directed. A determination is made from a second mapping of at least one command of a second type associated with the received command of the first type, wherein the mapping indicates a mapping of at least one parameter included in the received command of the first type to at least one parameter in the associated command of the second type. The determined command of the second type is generated to include as parameters the at least one parameter from the command of the first type indicated in the second mapping and the generated command of the second type is transmitted to the determined network address.
Abstract:
Intermediate resolution-enhancement state layouts are generated based upon an original non-resolution enhanced layout of an integrated circuit and an associated resolution-enhanced layout. The intermediate resolution-enhancement state layout includes fragments corresponding to parts of the original layout and biases associated with the fragments, where the biases indicate distances between the fragments and the resolution-enhanced layout. The fragments are also assigned attributes such as fragment type, fragment location, and biases. The intermediate resolution-enhancement state layouts can be combined to generate the layout for a full chip IC. Two or more intermediate resolution-enhancement state layouts are assembled and are locally reconverged to adjust the resolution enhancement associated with the intermediate resolution-enhancement state layouts and obtain the intermediate resolution-enhancement state layouts for the full IC.

A dustbin, adapted to be opened/closed automatically by induction actuated, includes a container body, cover, motor and actuating device, wherein the motor is connected to the driven element of the cover through the actuating device. The dustbin includes a sensing and controlling device of the stroke of the cover, wherein a cover stroke perception and a shut off circuit, the cover stroke perception is connected with the shut off circuit, and the shut off circuit is connected with the motor, the shut off circuit receives the activating signal from the cover stroke perception and then controls the motor to actuate correspondingly, the cover's stroke inducted by the trigger; point of the cover stroke perception is less than the whole stroke during the closing of the cover. The noise of the crash between the cover and the container body is low, and closing of the cover is rapid and spiffy.

A method, system, and article of manufacture for defining and managing instances of time-based organization hierarchies, and for monitoring achievement and attainment, and calculating compensation for individuals and/or groups within instances of the time-based organization hierarchies are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a user may define and/or manage one or more instances of the time-based organization hierarchy via a user interface generated on a client. Moreover, and in response to a sales data input corresponding to a transaction, an achievement and attainment monitoring process may then be executed to accumulate transaction data in one or more achievement containers, and to compile achievement containers from a specified attainment period to calculate a user's attainment. In addition, an embodiment also provides for implementation of a compensation calculation process that may utilize the transaction data accumulated in the achievement containers to calculate an individual's compensation for a specified compensation period.
Abstract:
A wireless communication system (20) includes backhaul congestion control. Whenever congestion is detected on the backhaul, a flow control message sets a window size to a reduced window size to reduce or eliminate packet drops and to facilitate alleviating the congestion condition. A disclosed example includes detecting backhaul congestion and responsively reducing an available backhaul receiver buffer space factor used for setting the window size for a subsequent backhaul transmission. In a disclosed example, the buffer space factor is gradually increased back toward an actual available buffer space as the congestion status improves.

Transient edges are used to define shapes in an integrated circuit layout for optical proximity correction. A first variation of the shape includes a first edge, a second edge satisfying an edge transition angle condition in relation to the first edge, and one or more first transition edges connected between the first edge and the second edge. A second variation of the shape includes a third edge, a fourth edge satisfying the same edge transition angle condition in relation to the third edge, and one or more second transition edges connected between the third edge and the fourth edge. Although the first transition edges are different from the second transition edges, both the first and second variations of the shape are identified as having the same shape, thereby allowing flexibility and efficiency in the shape identification process for optical proximity correction.

A polycation capable of forming a complex with a nucleic acid for carriage thereof. The polycation comprising at least one cyclic compound having a cavity. A polymer backbone is threaded into the cavity of the cyclic compound. A pair of bulky moieties cap the terminals of the polymer backbone to inhibit dethreading of the cyclic compound from the polymer backbone. In use, the net positive charge of said polycation enables a complex to form with nucleic acid.
Abstract:
A characterized cell library for EDA tools includes one or more mathematical models for each cell, and one or more preconditioning functions (and/or inverse preconditioning functions) for each mathematical model. Each mathematical model represents a performance parameter (e.g., delay, power consumption, noise) or a preconditioned performance parameter of the cell. The preconditioning functions convert an operating parameter (e.g., input slew, output capacitance) associated with the performance parameter into a preconditioned input variable for the mathematical models. In doing so, the preconditioning functions allow for more accurate modeling of complex data relationships without increasing the complexity (e.g., order and number of coefficients) of the mathematical models. Also, because the cell library can be substantially similar to conventional polynomial-based cell libraries except for the inclusion of preconditioning functions, preconditioning does not significantly increase storage requirements and conventional EDA tools can be readily adapted to use the preconditioned cell library.
