    Abstract: A method by which a terminal transmits an uplink signal in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining whether transmission power of a plurality of uplink channels, which are simultaneously transmitted in a plurality of serving cells and has transmission time intervals (TTIs) of different lengths, exceeds maximum power of a terminal; and transmitting an uplink channel excluding an uplink channel, which is determined according to a preset priority rule, among the plurality of uplink channels when the transmission power of the plurality of uplink channels exceeds the maximum power of the terminal.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for allocating resources for a machine type communication user equipment (MTC UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. A base station indicates a transport block size (TBS) directly, adapts a code rate according to repetition numbers across multiple subframes in a MTC physical downlink shared channel (M-PDSCH) for the MTC UE, and allocates resources for the M-PDSCH by using the indicated transport block size and the adapted code rate. The TBS may be determined based on a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) only.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining a control resource set for system information in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a configuration of control resource set (CORESET) for remaining system information (RMSI) via a synchronization signal (SS) block from a network, and determines the control resource set for the RMSI according to the configuration. The SS block may include a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). A time and frequency location of a common search space (CSS) for the RMSI may be aligned with the SS block by at least one of time division multiplexing (TDM) or frequency division multiplexing (FDM).
